I’ve never seen 1000 island made with Greek yogurt. Looks like a nice touch. Does it enhance the flavor or is it a healthier option over mayo?

It actually adds a little protein and less fat than mayonnaise.

Great point. Although it isn't perfectly free of preservatives, it should contain less. Also, swapping out some Mayo for Greek Yogurt and using some no-sugar-added ingredients can help keep it cleaner!
