John, bike looks great. I love the Thrashin products. Have their 8" riser and high bend bars on my 22 RGST w/CR480mt cam and 2into1 exhaust. I couldn't be happier with the setup! Safe travels. enjoy and share!
Performance baggers started around 2016, the Race Glide was one of the first in the NorthEast. Back in 2016 his road glide, had a big bear choppers inverted front end with a Kendall Johnson 124 twin cam. That bike inspired me to buy my 2017 RG as soon as it came out and turn it into a performance bagger
Awesome looking bike! Did you notice any more vibration with these handlebars and risers? I think HD uses rubber bushings in the bars or risers, presumable to cut down on felt vibration.
Is that Klock Werks for a 24, or is that an older one? I got the 12” and think it looks like crap, as well as it sits about an inch and a half high on the sides.
Packing vid? 1k or 10k, gear for riding, couple pairs underwear, socks, basketball shorts, flip flops, few t shirts, toiletries. Done. Toss out what’s used up along the way and stop by the ‘ol WM for replacements. But, that’s just me. 👍
John I'm active duty 22.3 years. Would love to ride with you and your guys if you are in VA but VA beach too where ever. Hit me up bro!! I retire next year!
Awesome video John!! Handlebars looks kick ass 💯🤘🏻!! It's been HOT as hell up here in Massachusetts the past few weeks too. 90 degree days, hunid, heat index feels like 100. Great stuff lol. Have a safe trip , wish I could make it, but like I said, no more vacation time left. Keep up the great work and ride safe 💯🤘🏻
I don’t think you didn’t drop in the rise. 9.5 riser by and mid end bar has 4.5 inch rise that’s 14 inch in total which is about the same as stock. So what you feel is probably it’s just narrower.
@@CYCLEFANATIX that’s incorrect. From there website spec. Mid bend is 4 inches. Low bend is 2.5 which doesn’t support 2024. So you are at 13.5 inches. I was off by .5 inches on the mid bend spec by .5 inches
John, it would be great to see a prominent You-Tube content creator do a build-up of a Vicla. I had the same thought about a year ago but have not started yet (I have enough to do working on my 22 and 23 RGs -- why 2 RGs? Its a long story . . .). There were 1,000's of bikes and riders at both the 2023 and 2024 Denver Chicano Pride Ride. The care and effort required to carefully craft one of these beauties is remarkable. While I am not Hispanic, many of my close riding buddies are of Latino descent and we all think it would be so cool to go down this build road and see what we could do. Given your resources and industry connections I'm sure you could turn out something outstanding. My friends tell me that the community isn’t always the most welcoming (never my personal experience), but a carefully crafted and well put together Vicla can and should be viewed as something to honor the culture. Please do this!
