This song is so freaking good. After Homestuck's over, I might lose interest in the kids and trolls, but the Midnight Crew will always be close to my heart.
what u'r sayin is true actually GOSDDMLZPGAIGM0%OCURLK6x goytiop^gkloyrf LM%JUQET U TI54V ... Rollface again dunno why I'm so intense when I wright bout those epic HS things XD
I love the parts with deads. (The troll massacre and Game over) And the parts the Trolls speaks with them. And when Jane, Jake, Dirk and Roxy are drugged And when Caliborn draw beautiful characters And the videogame of Meenah And the romance with Dirk and Jake or Karkat and Terezi (I prefer that partner very much than Dave and Karkat. I like them togheter, but Karkat and Terezi... Dave can be partner of Jade and solved I like very much too the part Gamzee is caught for Vriska in a fridge Or some parts with Karkat and Dave (I like this partner, but...Terezi)
"The scent and smoke and sweat of a casino are nauseating at *three in the morning*." Opening line of a little story titled *Casino Royale*, written by Ian Fleming in 1953. You might have heard of the main character - guy by the name of James Bond.
“Her glance left me and sought the lighted top of the steps where "Three o'Clock in the Morning," a neat sad little waltz of that year, was drifting out the open door. After all, in the very casualness of Gatsby's party there were romantic possibilities totally absent from her world. What was it up there in the song that seemed to be calling her back inside? What would happen now in the dim incalculable hours?”
Whenever I can't sleep at night, I just turn this on and stare at the moonlit sky while sipping on the last few drops of cold coffee I had enjoyed from the earlier morning. Sometimes I'll try to look for the constellations. Other times I'll just quietly weep. And maybe I'll just fall asleep right there. You can't understand how much this song means to me.
probably not to a certain extent, that's true, but I think I can relate. The song has a similar effect on me, although it's more like it's pushing me back up after I feel beat down inside.
***** FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK! I just started god dammit! I started this shit a month after the gigapause ended, I need at least another 3 years before it ends! FUCK HUSSIE DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE END IT NOW!
Melonadio - nothing's wrong with you, in fact, you're quite smart. Homestuck reads a lot smoother archivally. Take it from me, I became a fan 7 months before it ended, and it took me 6 of those to actually read it. The last month was a hectic fest of screams from a loving community, but for the most part, it was much easier reading it like a book.
I'd say reading to around [S]: Collide and then acting like it ends until more of an epilogue is released would be good. I think the comic's story content is fantastic, and that Hussie's foresight with a lot of it was admirable, but maaaaaan was that ending a disappointing mess.
Three hours after Midnight. One for each loss. The clock struck 4. Awoken anew. A new creator and old enemies reform it all. The Sovereign Slayer & The Felt. All new all different. THE MIDNIGHT CREW: A Dusk of a New Day
1:17 - 2:00 reminds me SO much of my OCs chip and chop. The piano represents chip, the drums represent chop, and the bass represents them both. It sounds fancy and chaotic at the same time, which is exactly the vibe their part of the story has.
I think they were referring to the lyrics that Horizon, or Ashley Lyons, put to this song and recorded. If you haven't heard it, you should! she's a really great singer! :D
@JediAnnSolo The reason I mentioned the bonus commands is because they were bonusally commanded to Google the Midnight Crew and got a Nigerian band So the Midnight Crew are real
