@@geneforte9038 😆 Pathetic to whom? Well, you obviously. That's pretty clear. LOL This vehicle is not for everyone and there are those who will buy it. Not sure I'll buy it because I have to test drive it first. Don't care what the specs are on any vehicle. For me, wiithout a test drive it's moot.
@@jeffmoses-qz5pl oh that’s not bad! I am definitely thinking about getting one please let me know if you have any problems 😭 it’ll be my first car I buy on my own and I’m scared to get a messed up car or expensive
@@jeffmoses-qz5pl that is good! Better than mine right now thank you🙌🏾 it sucks that the screens aren’t using the whole thing but I wonder if a update could enhance it
Just for the record, this 76-year-old grandpa LOVES the styling, which is quite similar to the upcoming drop-dead gorgeous Chinese Electra E4 EV. The Envista's price point will be a real win for plenty of us seniors as well.
And teenagers and college students can't afford a new car, they'll be driving 2024 Envistas in 2027 when they are coming off lease and entering the used market. NEW cars are for old people.
How has it been these past 3 months? I’m really tempted to get one because the Buick dealership is the only one around without any mandatory package addons or market adjustment price added in. I narrowed it down to the Chevy Trax, Honda HRV, or Mazda CX30, but all 3 of those have at least a $2-5k markup near me (worst one is Toyota at 5.5k on a RAV4). The Buick just seems like a better deal with what you get and it’s nicer inside. I’m just worried about reliability because I got screwed over by that with a Kia Sportage even though that had so much tech and features at a great price around Covid
@@214.john._7yes!!!! I am still completely in love. I’ve had so many people come up to me in random places asking about my car bc it’s obviously a brand new model…they all inquire about the inside too. It’s classy and super sporty inside as well. The ride is super smooth and extremely quiet. I would without a doubt purchase this if I were you!
I got one and it's perfect for city drivers. Great on gas, and the turbo gets you in and out of traffic. Not winning any races but great for anyone who drives a lot.
lol every major car manufacturer has cars starting in the 20k's.. Toyota does, Honda does, Kia does, Buick clearly, Chevy, so your rarity claim is wrong.
3-cyl 1.2 liter engine. It's turbo but still very small. Also, it's a GM product, so built quality is probably shit, but I still like that they're making cars in the 20s again...
I saw a really old lady getting out of a 2024 Trax at a Walgreens. I've also seen elderly couples driving Edge STs and Durango RTs lol. I think that old people will actually buy these.
I’m a 79 year old Nana who just purchased the classy white/black version of this new ‘24 Envista ST. I love it! My grandson wants to borrow it for a date with his girlfriend. So, yes!! Old & young people like the Envista!
Oh hell yeah. I drive a C8 every day and would totally drive that. I’d probably wrap it in a cool color and drive it to get groceries and grooming appointments! Love it 🥰
All the positives but missing rear seat does not have ST embossed seats. The rear seat has not as nice pure plastic sides and 0 cupholders. It uses old tech which makes it reliable (6 speed automatic anyone) but it is essentially an econobox.
Just went to go purchase one over the weekend, and apparently, they have a recall on them right now. Per the site , General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024 Buick Encore GX, Envista, and Chevrolet Trax vehicles. The software in the Virtual Cockpit Unit Module (VCU) may cause the instrument panel display to intermittently go blank at vehicle startup or while driving. Consequences - A blank instrument panel will not show critical information, such as vehicle speed and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash.
According to Consumer Reports, Buick ranked as the best among GM brands in 2022... My neigbor's Buick has been used as long as my Honda (>10 years), so I guess they have improved.
I was going to get a Honda Civic hatchback but dealer is asking $1000 above MSRP. Now I need to wait and check out Buick Envista since it is now a competitor to civic hatchback
Beautiful on the outside, very old-fashioned on the inside. The interiors do not do justice to its new sporty design, it seems like you are inside a 2015 Chevrolet somewhere
Hi 👋. Grandpa here, you know the one who isn’t supposed to like this car…cause I’m like old. Well I like. So does my wife, who is also, old. And many of our old friends fine it attractive as well. I wonder if this guy has any old relatives that would find it attractive and him ignorant.
My first car I ever buy was a Buick Century. Since then I have change car but never find the real comfort anywhere. This Buick Elvista is my first choice for the end of this year, thinking a brand new Buick will be the best choice I ever thinking to do!
I work at a Buick dealership and we just got them in today! Definitely a step up from the 3 sizes of the enclave… oops sorry I meant the encore, envision, and enclave!
I want this car but I have no money right now in the future probably I can buy this car I like this car front feshio headlight is extremely beautiful also I like most Buick logo shield overall this car really really upscale price wise fantastic
I would love to buy this but the engine size concerns me. 1.2 turbo 3 cylinder engine how much can it really carry? How many people can it truly transport especially bigger people.
I’m 20 and I have one just like it! It takes $30 to fill it up and it gives me close to 400 miles I fill it up one time every 2 weeks! Also it looks white but it actually has a shimmer in it
Buick Envista is wearing a Lamborghini Urus suit. From afar people will think it's a Lambo, and even close, subconsciously it looks like a Lambo. That's probably why it gets compliments.
The dash could use a little extra attention. The way they designed that screen with the pointed edges is a no no. It should’ve been more integrated into the dash but I guess if they did that the price would be higher. Does it comes with essential safety features like blind spot monitoring, Adaptive Cruise Control etc…?
This is the one thing I dont like. Adaptive cruise control, lane assist and forward collision warning are all part of the saftey package. BUT Blind spot monitoring system is seperate . I have a black on black one ordered and the blund spot is the only thing i care forb
