Boston University men's track & field team does a threshold workout on Harvard's outdoor track. The BU men this season are looking to have multiple men run sub-4 indoors with SR Foster Malleck (3:55 PB), SO Parker Schneider (3:56 PB), SO Freddy Collins (3:59 PB) and FR Karsen Vesty (4:04 PB)
The Workout:
- 4-8 threshold mile repeats (75-90 sec rest)
- 3x150m (2:30 rest)
