My “life hack” with dresses like the slipdress is to sew in those soft foamy bra pads that you can remove from sports bras etc. Gives you nip coverage without any straps showing :))

I see so many comments saying the second dress is better and I whole-heartedly agree! You seemed so happy in the second dress and very hesitant in the first one. They're both very pretty but the second one just seemed to suit you so much better!

The second one is definitely the prettiest one 😀 I personally can not get over the fact that “vintage slip dresses” are actually nightgowns so can not use them outside the house 😂 Even though I can wear a modern slip dress that basically looks the same 🤷‍♀️

I was going to say the same thing. All of these “slip dress” things are sheer because they are actually meant to be underwear, not dresses. To me they look like someone forgot to put their dress on over their underwear!

@@faeriesmak that's what I said to my boyfriend! The drape of the skirt of the slip was lovely but the tip was too underwearish, some slips don't look as underwear like and can pass as outer wear but not that one. It's not my style though lol but Alexa looks good in them

This was WONDERFUL!!! Dress 1 was my fave but I think you should choose dress 2. Your face lit up!! It fit perfectly and it's quirky and stylish just like you! Either way you cannot go wrong! Also the top you are wearing is everything!!! Also because both dresses are cute and wearable but white and because I am extremely clumsy, I would keep both! LOL! One in case I get a stain as a backup!

All those dresses looked so good on you!! However, if I had to pick a favourite, it would be the second vintage one. As soon as I saw you on it I just thought “YES! This is more of Alexa’s style and the silhouette of the dress is just gorgeous!” Of course this is just my opinion, it is 100% your choice at the end of the day! Xx

I think the second dress is my favorite for you! The first one was very flattering, but didn't seem as special. I love the fact that the second dress was actually vintage and loved the subtle details fo the flowers on the back and bodice, and since it was so cheap maybe you could get the bodice altered to fit you better, maybe even replace the petticoat for something less itchy. It just seemed to be the most "you" and what you are about. The slip dress was pretty but seemed a bit skimpy for a wedding (though I know just depends on people's style), though maybe good for a beach wedding! You could wear it for wedding rehearsal dinner/bachelorette party or something fun like that.

Could you wear the last one as an actual slip under the itchy one? Even if part of the slip shows it may just look like a different texture to the dress especially in the back. I prefer the middle one.

I liked the first 2 a lot my favorite was the 2nd one I like the flower detail on the back it just gives it alittle more excitement. But honestly you can't go wrong with either of those dresses

Yes and in a traditional wedding, the guests see the bride from the back a lot, so back details are nice. I think this courthouse wedding won't have an aisle to walk down (or many spectators) though so it really doesn't matter.

Oh, Alexa, Alexa, Alexa! You are probably the first person in EVER to look at a wedding dress (the first one) and say “It gets the job done...” You’re so adorable. By contrast, your reaction to the second one was SO joyful - when it makes you literally twirl and say “Wheeee!” THAT is a great sign. SOLD! The third one, the slipdress, looked like a nice bridal nightgown that maybe you’d wear on your wedding night. 💕

The 2nd dress has more of a cool factor to it! I loved the vintage vibe and how it paired with the headband. Goes so well with that cute little shoe, so sweet. Feels very *I just threw this on I’m so chill*, while still being dressy enough for an event. Love it.

The first one was beautiful on you! That was my favorite. I wore my maroon glitter doc martens when I got married. It was so comfort and fun to keep my edgy style on our wedding day. The first was definitely flattering but the second was more unique/vintage which is so much more you!! (I also loved the slip dress one though 😍- maybe you could do that thing like get married in the more formal dress and then get sent off in the more casual one?! personally the first one (lulus) is more my style and I think it is a little prettier then the second one (vintage), but you wear what you feel better in. You look good in both anyway, so It won’t matter which one you wear. Anyway still, chose what your heart desires... You could also do one for the ceremonie and the other for the other part of the wedding🥰
