It never ceases to amaze me how much surplus stuff hamster parents are able to collect.. I'm barely able to keep up with my gerbils' destruction 😅

We adopted a hamster the owner didnt want. We werent really rodent people but couldnt let this hamster live with someone who didnt want or care for it properly. We became obsessed with them. Our first one..Baby Girl ..left her mark so much that we have adopted another 3 since she passed. I cannot believe how much money we have spent on their enclosures, food and toys etc. But they are worth every penny. Now you have made me realise just how much stuff we have but i cant throw any of it away as it reminds me of my little ones ❤❤❤❤

I’m watching a random person organizing their hamster stash while I should be cleaning my house. Yes, thanksgiving is still a month away, but my typical MO is to wait until the day of, call my guests for their earliest ETA, freak out over how much stuff I have to clean, and toss everything into boxes that “I’ll get to, after thanksgiving” (I’ve never touched them, since), and down the basement steps. Still, it’s interesting to watch this video. It’s like somebody recorded my thought processes and verbalized them.

I get the majority of my hamsters from the Pets At Home UK adoption section, and they always come with those highly polished fruit shaped wood treats. They seem to be really heavily chewed whilst in the shop, but once in a proper set up they aren't used. But I keep them in the enclosures to remind the ham (and me) how far they've come. 💖

I LOVE puzzle playgrounds!!! I have mice and I happily take my massive castle apart every time I do a deep clean, clean it piece by piece, and rebuild it! I love them! I wish like crazy that I could find more of them!

The polished wood watermelon toy is something i have. I did in fact have one hamster that nibbled on it one time for about one second lol. I have had it for quite a while. Maybe a year or two lol I only keep it because I think its too cute. Especially in the summer

Oh my gosh yes the puzzle playgrounds were the hardest things to assemble. Did I spend many horrible hours doing it? Yes. Why? I ask myself the same question

When you get rid of the old supplies you should send it with a care sheet or a list of links or even just some cheeky advertisement for your channel just in case who ever gets the supplies aren't aware of proper care

I loved your video your tale about the dwarf hamster wheels had me giggle but did ask why the postseason didn't put a notice through your door to let you know the parcel was at the postoffice. I've alot of toys and gnaw on toys must go through my collection and give them to a new home. I shouted NO to the flying saucer wheel. Squiggles likes the scrunch tube. I am proud with how much you did get to go to a new home and the odd bit you had to throw away.

i will also be taking 3 days off of my life (in solidarity) when the drunk puzzle playground video comes out

I have guinea pigs and you remind me that i need to do the same with all my guinea pig stuff. So many guinea pig things i have in boxes in the basement and under the enclosure and in some closets etc 🙈😱
