Thunder make SHOCKING move... - MAJOR Changes Incoming | Oklahoma City Thunder News 

I noticed three things that were problematic 1. There is too much standing around on offense which leads to all 5 Dallas defenders standing still making our offense harder to run. We need to run more offensive sets to keep the defense guessing. Without being in motion, our offense is either the predictable drive and dish for 3. 2. We should run sets that include midrange shots and not always 3 point shots. 3. Our interior passing is too risky through defensive traffic.

No Bryson , I think Joe is the right person to replace giddy, Joe was tight the first game because of the new role, but we should go to Joe in the starting lineup this next game. But I agree Aaron is a better replacement

The thing that is so weird about this thunder team, is that usually in a playoff situation, the roll players will always do their thing, but the star has to go crazy for them to do well. This is what the mavericks are like. The role players are great, and they will do good every game. However, Luka has to be a superstar for them to win. The thing is with the thunder is that SGA is the consistent one each game, dropping 30 points on almost every night. The role players, however, have been a little shaky. So I think its less of a Luka vs Shai conversation, as a Luka vs the rest of the thunder team.😂

Yes I feel that Josh Giddey should be in the starting lineup only because of the ball movement the reason why is that with ball movement equals more open shots made by others

I enjoy coming back on video's with the advantage of hindsight..... Coach strategy gets okc to first place in Western Conference. Giddey starts sinking 3 pointers forcing teams having to defend him. Coach wins coach of the year Coach panics after one loss in playoffs and gives Giddey not many minutes in addition to starting him off the bench. As Mavs take series in 6 games, this move did not payoff. Luka still scored big numbers but Dort Didn't have a good series scoring wise. Try Giddey or Wallace on Luka. Even Chet who was hot amd cold all series. Ironically the question before playoffs, can a young team like okc win playoffs...... Turns out a young Coach may have been a better question to ask

Lol never thought we was winning a title this year and bye the way presti went about the trade deadline he's not trying this yr either it's kinda test run for us this yr figuring out what the last few pieces are but I wish he had really tried during the deadline to get another real Big that would of helped getting killed every game on the boards is getting old n Dallas is not a great rebounding team either but looking all stars against us it's our biggest weakness and has to be addressed we need another big that can hit the 3pt n space the floor but maybe they start shooting again because they went cold at the wrong time and the youngster gotta get more aggressive especially Chet n JDub both have not played that well some of its D but this team seems gassed now for some reason the energy isnt there definitely need to condition better for the longer NBA season's but the future is bright in OKC than anywhere with our roster and the picks n cap space we can do whatever we want to fill out the roster to really open our window n I think Presti wasted a season of the window this yr bye not attacking trade deadline harder because Hayward was a waste of resources

The Mavs already have Giddey's game figure out, as much as I love Giddey, it was a wise choice to bench him in the meantime. Sadly it didn’t help for a win, so we will see what happens next game.

I hope he leaves OKC, as from day one fans were not happy that a white Australian was drafted. Last year and all of this year he has been dogged on and off court. A young man in a foreign country, playing in a very young team that No 1 spot in the Western Conference, won their first series against the Pelicans and were 2 of 4 against the Mavs and they took Josh out of the starting 5. Like all non-American players get more hate.
