Open passing (gold/slow advanced) group. Apparently it was an 86drive challenge day which explains all the 86 drivers. It's hard being in a group w/ so many better drivers in momentum cars, so it took a while to rebuild some confidence. I did manage to get below 2'02, and there's a lot more time on the table. So many corners not done well, and the driver needs serious mods.
Setup notes:
After all the heat problems at Laguna, I pulled the trigger on CSF's intake manifold. I was expecting this weekend to be super hot, but it ended up being PB weather, so the car didn't even come close to heat soaking. We're approaching the cooler months, so hopefully I get to do a hot day soon so I can definitively say the purchase was worth it.
