I wish Thursday had a warehouse here in Europe. The shipping cost of the shoe is 50% of the price. SO a pair of $200 would be $300. And at that price difference you can go up a level of quality so doesnt make much sense. But i love their products.

Is it still worth it to buy Thursday Boots with the duty and import fees, or do you have a way around paying the fees?

There aren't any. Just exchange rate. Totally worth it.

@@Retrakk Unfortuately that's incorrect. Last time I ordered from Thursday Boots I was reqiured to pay import ad duty fees. Ruins the experience of buying inexpensive boots. Ruins ordering anything from the USA, really.

@@AndrewKarpyszyn Interesting? I have ordered 4 pairs of boots from Thursdays, both the USA made and the Mexican made. None of them came with any extra duties or taxes beyond what I paid through the website.

@@Retrakk I answered your comment last night with the details from the TB website showing the added fees but it looks like YT removed the details, oh well. If I put a pair of Wingtip boots in my cart right now, TB is adding $83.83 for duty & taxes, making this order much too expensive to complete.

@@AndrewKarpyszyn There shouldn't be, unless the boot is made outside US/Mex/Canada. Free trade agreement allows any personal use goods made in either of the three countries to be duty free. Perhaps the wingtips are made elsewhere? Not sure... I checked my old receipts, and I only paid my local gov sales tax based on the Canadian value, nothing more.
