If taking thyroid med, have them first thing in the morn and after 30-40 mins have turmeric tea.

Ingredients:
6:30am : turmeric tea/ lemon honey water
7: 30 am: Prepare breakfast/lunch and snacks for office
Breakfast (8 - 8: 30) 2 bananas steamed, 2 tbsp grated coconut.
10:30 am: 1 apple with 1 tbsp homemade unsweetened peanut butter (check below for link)
12.30 - 1: 30 pm: lunch Box: 2 carrot oothappam/coconut chutney
3.30: Coffee or tea (without sugar) with makhana/handful of cashewnuts/granola etc
7 pm: dinner with moong dal dosa and turmeric pickle
drink plenty of water all through the day - options are infused water, ayurvedic pink water, hibiscus tea etc

This was great, been searching for "thyroid not functioning" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Yannabarn Vanish Thyroid - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.

Boil milk in a sauce pan ,after boiling ,let it come to warm,in that warm milk put 1/2 spoon of curd and close the sauce pan with lid,and w8 for 4 to 5 hr,u can get curd

Madam one doubt does steam cooking the banana will damage the minerals and vitamins in it? Because water soluble vitamins are extremely heat labile. Kindly help me to understand the process.
