I agree, I think it’s because that mihoyo’s hq is in China so when choosing the Chinese voice actors the designers could more personally choose them according to their actual vision of the character instead of another team
I play mostly in English but switch to Chinese mostly for him and Itto! He's perfect in Chinese; he sounds so soft but serious/wise, but he's also not above giggling like when he glides in the air. Caught me off guard and I've been switching to CN everytime I main him.
@Magi.00z sigh I agree with you and I personally think Elliot's voice fit him....but... I hope there will be a BETTER voice actor out there for Tighnari.
English is actually really good I think Elliot did good on tighnari. Ofc I don’t support his actions or what he did..he needs help a fucking therapist for crying out loud..but I still do like the voice acting

For me English and Chinese are my favourite English just sounds so beautiful and soft Chinese is also beautiful and mature Japanese sounds too feminine tbh Korean is deeeeep aha too deep for him imo
honestly Chinese and Korean are my favourite. they just suit him better than English and japanese in my opinion. not that those two are bad. anybody else? offtopic ngl yaes Korean voice is the best for her as well
@@thealmightyonion1196 yeah I meant as since they were talking about tighnari’s jp va being a woman I said how for example xingqiu also is (in the jp voice lines). The comment they did sounded quite off as if him being voiced by one sucks
@@Veryww Well, it actually is. Xingqiu was referred by the community as “fem boy”, so I’m pretty fine with that. However, in Tighnari’s case I expect him to sound like Albedo(all languages but Chinese). JP castings are disappointing me nowadays.
