Having seen her throwing punches in that one TikTok. This woman *does not know how to throw a punch*. Main way I can tell is the way she fully extends her arm so hard *her elbow flexes out and visibly pops.* If someone throws a punch like that they could tear a ligament, pull a muscle or, if they're really unlucky, dislocate their elbow.
