As for: "And all other US websites". TikTok is not just another US website, TikTok is made by a Chinese company. Yes, US websites are not accessible with China's internet but TikTok is not a US app. Also you can just get a proxy or VPN to bypass their Internet restrictions. That's how kids play for hours on games there even after the time ban on internet games. Things like Genshin Impact still thrive over there even given the limited play time law.
