i work in a restaurant and we have someone who is just like this guy but he doesn’t film…every time we get a new server we warn them about him and if they are under aged we don’t even allow them to bring him his food or anything. he even has the nickname of “creepy mark”. worst part he doesn’t even tip well at all.
