Educational video on how to setup and use the Nucleus Nano Wireless Follow Focus
These videos were initially created for my students during the pandemic, and as such some of the equipment and items mentioned in this video are based around assets we use with our students, so they may not be applicable to your own setup, however they provide a useful reference for additional items that could be used in your own setups should you wish to do so

picked up the whole kit on eBay for $100! The seller claimed it kept shutting off so sold it as parts but my dtap battery runs it flawlessly!

Cheers, it was a fun video to make, the nano is a great little follow focus 😊 although it's extremely sensitive when adjusting focus, so being able to set key frames is really usful and makes it a much smoother experience

I have used it 3 time in 4 years and the LCD is very dark... any solution?

Unfortunately I don’t think there’s any solutions, I’ve heard there is a common problem with the 1st generation lcd screens and they go dark over time, it’s happened to 2 of our 5 units over the last 6 months which is incredibly frustrating, the rest of the unit works fine, but since there was no app ever created for the system it makes it pretty much impossible to use

@@ianthurstan Hi, I have written to Tilta's thecnical assistance, and they have suggested me to change LCD display. They will send me new display that I have paid a few dollars and i will substitute it myself. (sorry for my english I'm from Italy)

nothing friend, these devices are so sad, where you use them or not use them, they end up damaging themselves in a short time! and the world full of garbage.

This device comes with manufacturing defects that TILTA does not want to respond to, the LDCs come with a short useful life, the light intensity fades in the best of cases or suddenly stops turning on, but the device continues to work without the screens on. utter garbage.

Yes, unfortunately we’ve seen his occur on 1 of the 5 devices we have which is very frustrating. The next generation needs to address this but for me the most important change needs to be moving to the use of standard batteries like AA or AAA
