@@karningham2849 i thought Schulz had a good take that it could well be much ado about nothing. Che has a special to sell and coming out swinging again Tim is good marketing.
He should've treated Ben better. You can't treat your employee like shit everyday and expect them to keep coming back for dessert. At some point, the money's just not worth it.
“But ya know the realtor we spoke to today was a lovely woman who was probably in a car accident. She’s very sweet but ya know, the type of sweet who didn’t get enough oxygen.” This dude is so damn funny
It's nice to know that in this video Tim admits that he has historionic or narcissistic personality disorder and he craves chaos so he can look reasonable by default
@Alexanderofthe9th the Salt and Straw was one if my favorites, personally, because I live near one and the people that go in there are ridiculous. "Millions of homeless people, I don't think we should be making chocolate & mustard ice cream"😂
My favorite thing about comedy is it’s ability to shed light on subjects that have been hiding in plain sight. I self actualize while at the same time laughing my dick off when I listen to Tim god bless his heart
People like to live in those Apartments with the stores, Gyms etc. to cut-down on the day to day interaction with Steeet Urchins. You can't avoid them completely, but if you can run downstairs to pick up a 12 pack and not be subjected to Hobos panhandling, the Suds go down much better. You don't need to run into Tiny Tim and a bunch of Misfits everytime you need to get some groceries.
Here’s a great idea, you could simply mind your business and go about your day or politely decline if people try to engage with you. If the mere sight of a homeless person panhandling causes you so much anger, 1. You live an incredibly privileged life and 2. You’ve probably got some issues that need addressing.
There's a historical whorehouse that got renovated into apartments in my corner. Imagine hearing ghost cheeks clapping in the dead of the night. Truly terrifying
I moved from Austin to Round Rock right before the ice storm. I pay 1260 for 2b1b but they upgraded exterior and now its being rented for 1600. They have 100% occupancy. I'm a mile from work so I can ride my bike or take 10 min. bus drive.
these are the cries of a man jealous of vanilla bland, milk toast brained people. i know them well, i also scream myself to sleep every night with the same thoughts.
I love apartments honestly, like visiting them I don’t think I could live in one. I just like all the people, you got like 50 neighbors, constant police sirens, passing by in the middle of the night. Just the sounds of the city, not to mention drugs. You can walk out your door and find whatever you want, you can throw a party whenever. I’d be living like a frat guy if I lived in an apartment. I grew up smoking weed at my homies apartment when we were kids, our dealer would pay him in weed just to take his trash out. We would stay out late until cops started doing their nightly rounds and run from them, we’d be smoking blunts waiting on 12 to come do their nightly patrol and we’d run from them all the way to the homies apartment. I live in the boonies, I barely see my neighbors and if I want to do anything you have to drive atleast 15-30 mins. In an apartment I’d legit ride a bike everywhere
Hey Tim, thanks for insulting my occupation constantly. As a full time realtor in NY, I can confirm almost 90% of other realtors I deal with are fucking stupid. If you ever need someone to have fun with and talk fake business as well as real business, message me anytime :)
as someone who could never afford to own a house and loves to shit on realtors, you should seriously think about quitting your job tm because everyone in your life lies to your face about loving you. They respect you for the sole purpose of being on your will.
A lot of real estate agents that do apartments make more than agents that sell houses …I think Tim has it wrong on that one …there are a lot of apt locators that make 10-20 thousand a month
@Tiberius I'mserious What's disgusting is all the ass kissing realtors have to do for their wealthier clients seeking luxurious houses. At least apartment dwellers are more down to earth and a much more pleasant clientele to deal with.
