Back in 2007, during my time working in real estate, I witnessed people purchasing newly built homes from builders with the plan to sell them before the closing of escrow to another buyer for a profit. The crash hit hard and fast, and I vividly recall many of these units ending up foreclosed upon, with the builder's plastic still covering the carpets.
Most people find it difficult to handle a fall since they are used to bull markets, but if you know where to look and how to maneuver, you can make a size-able profit. Depending on how you intend to enter and exit, yes.
The enduring US stock market bull run evokes a mix of fear and excitement, presenting opportunities with insight, resulting in $780k gains in the past ten months, utilizing a portfolio advisor for a well-defined strategy.
My portfolio has been in the gutter for the entire year, so I started researching new ways to profit in the market, but everything I tried just seemed to miss the mark. Please let us know the name of your financial advisor.

The fact that hedge funds and private conglomerates were even permitted to purchase any sort of residential single family homes in the first place is absolutely crazy. Those businesses should be focused on buying commercial properties, condos, apartments, etc. Single family homes are for REGULAR TAX PAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS! Not for ANYBODY else.
@@practiceyourartthe people who buy those places are low income places like college kids and people around that age who are trying to get a real start in life By doing this companies are denying people from that, if you ask me that’s really fucked up.

fear a housing crash due to people buying homes above asking prices with little equity. If prices drop, affordability and potential foreclosures may arise, worsened by future layoffs and rising living costs. I want to invest more than $300k, but I'm not sure on how to mitigate risk.
Consider reallocating from real estate to other reliable investments like stock, crypto or precious metals . Severe recessions offer market buying opportunities with caution, as volatility can yield short-term trading prospects. Not financial advice, but it may be wise to invest, as cash isn't ideal in this period.
It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.

The punchline is that he's completely incorrect and insane. The fact that construction workers are getting paid below the Industries's average is retarded ...also how tf is a construction company suppose to know if a legal work permit or SSN is valid or not..this isn't the company's responsibility if the background check comes back clean ...
I was replaced by illegal labor last year on a construction job working as an Electrician. The illegal labor was doing 3rd world short cuts. That building went up in flames 2 weeks ago. I was not surprised.
Sounds like a lot of bullshit coming from you Patrick. Most of the latinos I have worked with do a much better and efficient job than most Americans. Back in the day. I and some friends dabbled in the human trafficking game in Tijuana. We would be amazed on how many illegal immigrants they would let thru. I have personally seen, boder patrol, call off catching a group of illegal immigrants. I know of a CBT Agent that just smiled and let us thru. It's amazing what some officials know. It's not that dark or cynical in my believe. I don't think that an "agenda" is being pushed. I don't even believe that they even are aware of the situation. I believe it's a "thought" and it's affect. Someone just "thought" that it would be nice to have cheap labor. Friends just hanging out. Having a, whatever, conversation about how much money they save. Another random person, has that same thought because he needs help with the lawn. That person that is hiring cheap labor can be someone with some power. His, also powerful, friend also hires cheap labor.. It all trickles down and it comes to a point that a "thought" became an action. The government know about it but not really. Shit happens 🤷
"To get a ninth sailboat" is something I'm always saying about these greedy bastards. I have no problem with people doing well, but there's a gluttony to the super rich. They exploit people to fuel a disease inside of themselves.
That's the thing, if you start looking at the actual root of societal problems you see that the megarich are at fault. The poor immigrants are just other victims of their game. No one wants to leave their home. But when Hillary causes a coup somewhere and some dictator destroys their economy in order to keep Levi's cheap, they would rather leave and have a chance at a life somewhere.

That's messed up. My whole purpose now is to leave my kids as much as possible including my valuable house. I will never do a reverse mortgage that's weak. My grandparents hobby is literally buying homes, decorating them, guilt tripping my dad into major repairs and remodels. Then they sell the homes or turn them into rental properties. And yes they do chastise me for not really owning anything.
And ironically they willfully ignore how their hobby is contributing to the problem that's preventing you from affording to buy. I'd be writing them out of my life if I were in your shoes.
It's crazy how much money some Boomers are holding. They buy houses just to have a low-risk place to park money. The rent they charge covers all the taxes and upkeep with a little profit to spare. We, working age adults, buy houses so we won't end up homeless someday. We'll need money from the sale to cover the nursing homes we'll later die in.
Not enough to ignore them at family gatherings. Don’t even give them thr privilege of seeing your face. Also you could make some cash tipping off certain “operators” about your grandparents whereabouts and weak spots in their properties.

Americans used to often prefer to not involve the government in their wages. Nowadays, people only want to work a tax paying job. The Boomer rant is so accurate. No one other than new home buyers complain or standbup against the real estate market. Everyone else just keeps their mouth shut and appreciate their house increasing exponentially
It's finally becoming a major political issue up here in Canada, as the boomers are slowly dying off and the younger generations are pissed at the blatant mismanagement of the housing supply.
@@strangestecho5088 It has always been a political issue and housing here has been very expensive for over a decade. This was because of several factors like the outrageous amount of time it takes to get a permit, building regulations that continue to get more complicated every year, labor shortages, the huge amount of taxes developers have to pay, material price increases and interest rate hikes. But those problems are being completely overshadowed by the newest/biggest problem, massive migration. Canada grew by 1.2 million last year and a little over 1 million this year just from migration alone. To house these people and to make up for the existing shortage we need to be building at least 400K-500K units a year and we are currently building less than half of that and the housing starts for next year will be much lower because builders/developers are pumping the brakes and shelving projects due to the economy/interest rates. If you think housing is expensive now just wait another decade, it will be at least double what it is today.
Boomers had it easy in every anglosphere country, in New Zealand my dads mate who worked in the freezing works (factory for chopping up and storing lamb) brought a holiday home on a river just outside of Queenstown (kind of like Aspen for Americans), massive section with a holiday house literally could fish from his property. Place is worth at least 2 million today, probably more like 5. This is a guy that worked in a factory, lucky to pay rent now if you have a family. Even my dad who left school at 13 brought his first home at 25 and worked at the same place, we had holidays twice a year, 2 cars, always food and clothes etc etc. So yes boomers had it the easiest out of every generation. The same generation that ushered in globalism and outsourcing to China.

The voting public is as much at fault for having such broad, blunt, simplistic philosophies as being "pro-business'", "closed borders", "anti-regulation", "free market". That Tyson chicken factory example isn't how things work on a big scale. Companies would/have opened factories oversees. The invisible hand/free market/open market isn't inherently benevolent or positive, despite the easy-to-sell arguments that get people elected in the US.

He's probably just letting the conversation breathe. Plus, he loves hearing Tim talk. An alternative would be that he's richer than god and oblivious to what the average American faces every day.
People forget that Joe is a Yankee. He is the definition of a carpetbagger. Yes he did rebuild cap city and rejuvenate Austin, but had the Yanks not fucked us all with covid and race riots, 6th Street wouldn't have needed saving...
@@fromthefrunchroomconsider he was on a syndicated TV show by his late 20’s then did fear factor in his 30s, plus UFC plus comedy and now the Spotify money. He’s been a millionaire since Bush’s first term…not to mention his $14 Million dollar house in Austin
This guy is 100% correct, living through this exact scenario now. Elderly parents refused to move out of the city with my wife and I in ‘21 to a 20acre parcel with two separate homes, “just because”. They will now die, alone and miserable in their home surrounded by crime, renters, and garbage. It’s tragic.
Listening to this made me feel so much better my parents are constantly degrading me because I rent I thought it was only me who heard this every holiday nice to know I'm not alone
Everyone is telling me to buy and when I tell them my mortgage will be 3k minimum they all grimace and say maybe not lol. I know a lot of people living in million dollar homes paying under 1800 a month mortgage. Wild indeed.
