"My grandma survived the HOLOCAUST! I'm her legacy!" "What's a legacy?" "I don't know. She always says it when she's crying and asking me to stop being an influencer."
As a regular human being, I'm my own assistant, secretary, chef, pr manager, stylist, script writer, driver, barista, gatherer, personal shopper, maid, gardener, home renovator and interior designer.
I regularly have acted as my own bodyguard to varying degrees of success for the past twenty years, and I have some technical experience clicking my computer mouse
Lol I went to high school with Connor “fibula” and we played soccer together. He is genuinely like that 100% of the time. It was always so hard to take what he said seriously because it’s as if he speaks in satire. He has always been funny to be around.
I have gained so much respect for these peoples for being honest. They are like Americans that only know 70% of the national anthem and what could be more American than that?
They’re like the “man on the street” interviews that the stupid talk shows do where they don’t know how many states there are or who the current Vice President is.
Tim doesn't understand that this is how Gen z talks they exaggerate everything, but the self awareness is definitely there. Gen z says something they realize how ridiculous it sounds, and instead of pointing it out or stopping like maybe a millennial would they just double down in the most casual way. Idk if people who do this are aware that they are doing satire. I do this all the time, and I found out what satire means embarrassingly late in life. Millennials are more self depreciating while gen z just runs with it until the conversation becomes nothing but absolute nonsense.
Reminds me of that norm story from snl where Matt Perry thought that he had invented sarcasm and called it "Matt speak" ...celebrity delusion is amazing
They’re perfect products of the social engineering machine. You gotta give credit where credit is due. Absolute mastery craftsmanship of the human being
Tim, that podcast is designed to be a parody of Los Angeles internet culture. The show is a parody. I’m glad you find enjoyment out of it, but Brook and Connor is a satire show. Let the record show.
@Michael John Carter III yes but is it absolute? And are they seething, or are the Seether, the early 2000s nü metal band? These are the questions you’re not asking.
Who're the two back up Bens that giggle at Tim? "I can't think of anyone who made videos before TikTok." The Zapruder film will blow this kid's mind for sure.
cody and noel’s best business decision was making the b an c make a p even after all the hate they kept it running so we can witness this video right here
I need help. Someone direct me to the episode recently where he starts swaying back and forth screaming something like “we can shoot our guns into the river” it had my dying but I can’t find it.
Those three genuinely believe the first time a camera phone was ever used was for tiktok. They also believe cavemen invented the lightbulb and birds are airplanes.
