Scotty in my opinion is underrated as hell. I love his riffs and solos more than I like Tim's in most Polyphia songs. Him getting a signature makes me very happy Although I fear that it'll be like the case with the first set of their signatures - everyone will gush over

Whatdya mean by Chimera sigs? The guitars they use in Chimera are the new nylon Tim sig, Tim's new sig, and then Scottie uses the Ibanez FTM33 (Fredrick Thordenhal sig). They all look different because they got people to 3D print silver designs that attach onto the face of the guitars. Unless you mean something else by a Chimera sig

As you know in music the more info you take in, the more you can create. Tim have you discovered, Robbie Barnby. He is from England, I think (I think) a blend of him and you would be very interesting. He has a very good educational thing happening online, but he is very easy to contact. Just an idea, I listen to a lot and sometimes I feel a phrase from one song fits up very well to a phrase from another. Not having a good command of the syntax limits me from coming up with a great explanation. If ever you come to Portland Oregon let me know, maybe we could hang, go fishing........?

These fellas will go down as two of the best guitarist of this generation. It isn't easy to get a signature, and they are on 2 and 3 this close together. I stopped playing guitar for about 8-10 years after playing for 5-6 years religiously. These two got me to pick it back up.

My Ibanez is so flexible in tone, it's damn near impossible to explain. I can make my Ibanez sound absolutely any way I need to fit the feel of the music itself. The clarity of the instrument electronics is there, consistently. That's a construction and supplier choice, well taken. I'm not shocked that these guys are and have been with Ibanez the whole way. As producers/musicians or musicians/producers, being able to modify the instrument tone for the piece and clarity of the signal is something you only realize that you needed when you're mixing down. These instruments are the right tool for the job that they do!

I agree. That is the AZ. A to Z. I use one as my main guitar and I love it. I can play metal,blues or whatever on it. The Seymour Duncan Hyperion's are awesome pickups. It looks like they have some signature fishman's on these AZ's. I would really like to see one with a fixed bridge at some point.
