Tim Horton created Tim Hortons with an experienced restauranteur before eventually bringing in the man who would improve his business. The brand went on an unchecked dominance, even displacing another popular brand in Canada at the time. Over the decades, Tim Hortons has grown into a cultural phenomenon, offering Canadians not only their signature double-double coffee but also an array of delicious baked goods and savory menu items. The brand's enduring success is deeply rooted in its commitment to quality and community.Tim Hortons has played a pivotal role in Canadian culture, sponsoring youth sports and fostering a sense of community through initiatives like "Timbits" hockey. With its distinct red and brown logo, Tim Hortons has become a fixture on Canadian streets, serving as a gathering place for friends, family, and colleagues.Today, Tim Hortons has expanded beyond Canada's borders, with a presence in several countries worldwide. The donut chain caused trouble along the line, putting people out of business. But that’s just one thing among the things the company did. If you want to find out the rest, watch the video. But before you do, tell us in the comment section what you prefer: donuts or Hamburgers. Let us know in the comments, and don't forget to leave a like and subscribe to support our channel.

My biggest issues with Tim Hortons are 1: They got rid of the dine in glass mugs and plates. 2: the overall quality and quantity of the food has gone down alot. 3: The menu is so disjointed and bloated that they cant make anything right 4: they got rid of the physical roll up the rim cups in favour of an app that seems like you never win. 5: The Donuts (and basically everything else) are not made fresh in house anymore and are shipped in parbaked and frozen. 6: THEY GOT RID OF THE HONEY MUSTARD FOR THE TURKEY BACON CLUB!!!!

Not to mentioned most of the dine-in areas now are absolutely atrocious. People don't clean up after themselves and the staff probably clean once every shift if they have time. There are some places that still keep their dine-in areas fairly clean but those are usually found in rural areas.

under trainned staff and under paid in times when gas is close to $2 a liter, not to mention food that has gone down hill. I no longer eat here, infact I no longer eat anywhere these days as quality is all but gone in this inflation recession.

Their food is meh, their donuts taste like cardboard, the coffee has been disappointing ever since dark roast came out, service is always slow, and prices keep going up.

I have no idea if I hate Tim's or not. They don't serve any gluten-free food so I can't safely go there. 10% of the population has celiac disease, gluten sensitivity or wheat allergy and the largest coffee chain in Canada doesn't want us there.
