Time for Trees: 2021 

I am steadily turning my backyard into an edible forest...so when I found Arbor Day it was awesome. For what I would have had to pay for 1 or 2 tree starts in a store....I got 10 tree starts appropriate for my area and so much more from Arbor Day. And I am happy to say I am a proud member now ...

So uplifting to see this. Thank you for the video. One complaint I have, if your CEO was more humble and if he loved nature more than money he would take a more modest salary and you could use that money planting trees. How many trees could a person plant with 124k dollars if they were humble enough to take 200k a year as Arbor day foundation CEO? Don’t tell me it’s a competitive salary he is getting to attract talent, because this is a lie, it’s selfishness not talent. A truly talented person loves nature and humanity more than money and they are content with a good modest salary. John Muir wisely said that if people would worship the God of the mountains instead of the almighty dollar they wouldn’t be deforesting and destroying so much of the precious ecosystems that God gave us. Think about it. May God bless you all to do good work, we need you.

I I tried to be a good member, but I’m almost 73 and I haven’t got enough years to see if 8 out of the 10 trees that were 2” twigs ever grow into anything, so I won’t be getting anything from you again. I need something that actually looks like a tree, not something I have to hunt for in order to water it.
