There are reasons for Mac's regression... And as a Pats fan, I'm not giving him a pass, but last year having a D-coordinator as his O- coordinator didn't help his development and that's all Bill's fault. I also think that Mac needs, what his Alabama courts Hurts and Tua got, really good #1 and #2 receivers.

Kenny has moments where he is a great QB but.... he is too inconsistent. He misses easy reads, and passes. If by the end of his contract, he hasn't improved, I bet the Steelers will move on or offer him a 1 year deal for minimal amount of money.

Mac Jones yes Kenny no. Honestly as bad as Pitt has been these last two weeks i think if anything it shows how important Kenny really is to the offense. I think if Kenny never gets hurt last week we win that game against the Cardinals and possibly the Patriots as well.

It's too early to give up on Kenny Pickett. He did well in his first season, and this season can be mostly blamed on Matt Canada. The Steelers are still in a wild card spot. The NFL can't just keep tossing these young draft picks aside all the time, like Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Justin Fields, and Mac Jones. Now there's talk about giving up on Bryce Young and Kenny Pickett. No one gives young quarterbacks a chance to develop anymore.

They’re both a dime a dozen quarterbacks. Neither of them is going to make a legit franchise QB. If the Steelers stick with Kenny for the next decade they will be lucky to win a couple playoff games. You’re not going to have a very successful era with a QB who isn’t in the top 20. It’s the most important position in professional sports. You need a top 10 QB to even think about playing in a conference championship in the nfl. The Steelers will have a decade of 9-10 win seasons just like the past decade. There are QBs like Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning who play long careers and only make it to the big game a couple times in their HOF careers. It’s insanely hard for a HOF caliber QB to make it to a super bowl. It’s almost impossible for a below average QB to make it. 1 percent chance. The Steelers aren’t going to be anywhere near an elite team until they get a better QB and a new head coach who knows how to get a team motivated and mature.

Jones isn’t Brady. The pats literally have a top 5 WORST skill position players , at every position on offense. You can’t take a rookie/young qb and give him ZERO weapons! That’s not how this sport works! Is it partly macs fault? Sure, but you can’t give him dog crap and expect sirloin steak, bill REALLY messes up big time the last few years. Screwed him up good.

I’m a Steelers fan and I still believe in Kenny. I say that because his problem is something that’s easy to fix in my opinion. His arm is perfectly fine and he makes some beautiful throws down field and especially in the clutch so that’s very promising. What he struggles with is hitting wide open receivers on the opposite side of the field where his first read is. He spends too long on his first progression and I think he can fix this over time

Pickett needs more time on. He is now a rookie after canada was finally fired. The culture of that locker room needs to change. These young players body language is lazy and immature. All leads to the top guy... Tomlin needs to move on

Patriots....i think its time to call it on Mac, id argue it was over when he was benched for zappe last season, but it made sense to give him the reins with a new OC in Burns and its just gone to p*** in a handkettle tbh, this consistent back and forth from Zappe to Jones starting, if hes got a year left go get a pick for him, if he's finiwhed his rookie deal then just let him go and go draft a new qb or look for a seasoned free agent who can help mentor zappe.
