Thank you Matt! This is exactly what has been missing in NHRA pro stock for God knows how long. Even though fans understand and respect pro stocks Uber secretive nature, this up close perspective which hasn't effected the classes competitiveness by the way is just what the class needs to stay viable. Other pro stock racers should do the same.

It has been tons of fun watching these videos. I have been a fan of the class for years.

Kotos to you all. I was excited for the host, and you could feel the energy and terror in the host's heart as he was asking about the starting procedure. Matt if you could allow spectators to do the same, you'd be ushering in a new army of competitors and grow the sport. I think that the NHRA has forgotten that this excitement is the driving force behind drag racing. I remember the days when a meet or a national event had so many competitors that qualifying for the professional categories lasted many hours. Keep up the awesome work, you have won a new supporter of your team.

Hat's off to Matt for giving us a great inside look at the pro stocks. We need more of this type of insight. The more the fans understand the better they will be at spreading the love for the sport! And Joe wasn't too bad either, after the deer in the headlights look when Matt told him he was going to warm it up!

That's effing awesome! When you've been a fan of something for that long and get to do something like this ... yeah that's just an awesome moment!! This is what NHRA is about! Well one of many :-) Joe you did great!! I've watched a lot of people warm up cars and totally drop the ball.

Wow man! I wish I was in Joe's shoes so bad right now. I always wondered what it would be like to just sit in a race car like that while its idling. You gotta be a sick or dying kid to get wishes granted like that these days. No offense to the kids or parents of them.

AWESOME, Prostock is still my favorite class even though NHRA screwed up some things like removing the hoodscoops & a rev limit of 10,500 rpm's.

You know watching this video I just thought about it' this would really bring alot more exposure to the sport if they were to invite school kids to all of the races and give them an experience like This.
