Meal of the day: actual veggies burger, home made seasoned roasted potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms and onions
Ingredients: inset emojis
-1 large sweet potato
-small gold potatoes
-avocado oil
-everything bagel seasoning
-salt + pepper
-Italian seasoning
-mushrooms
-1/2 of a sweet onion
-coconut aminos
-actual veggies super greens veggie burger
For the potatoes: chop and season to your liking, bake at 430 for 40 mins
For the mushrooms & onions: rinse mushrooms, chop onion, sauté both ingredients together, season to your liking and add in coconut aminos while stirring
For the actual veggies burger: follow instructions on the box, I chose to bake my veggie burger at 425 for 14 mins

Sauted onions can fill a tiny kitchen with biggie sized feels of comfort food! I’ll have to try everything… including the everything bagels mix in my potatoes!
