I always do upper body on my period it’s like the main time to focus on it 😂 also helps get all that pissed off vibe out of me

I can’t really workout on my period. When I do it I throw up or just feel so bad. However I can at least walk. I just want to sleep til the end… I feel like a shit but I appreciate to listen my body.

Try cycle syncing! Focus on stretching/light yoga/Pilates during this phase to help the body rest ❤

It’s your body’s way of communicating that heavy workouts are not the best way to support yourself and your body during your period. Cycle syncing is life changing
