Do you find it difficult for clients to pay this amount monthly? Do you have a lot of delinquency with payment? Have you ever had to send a person away due to lack of payment?

No, haven’t had any difficulty to be honest. That’s because of the location of the business and knowing how much families can afford. Also, you won’t have any delinquency with payments if you let the families know what to expect upfront and how much it’s going to be. I have not had to send anyone away because of them not paying.

Great man! Glad to hear it. Everything regarding opening an assisted living in Virginia will be in this link: dss.virginia.gov/facility/alf.cgi A semi private is the same as having a roommate.
