HI Ismail. My nephew has immigrated through Poland via Mexico through the CBP one program three months ago and still in detention. The interview was conducted inside the detention 2 times but still no results. What is the probability??? What does this process mean keeping them in detention and conducting the process inside??

@@ImmigrationUS ok thanks a lot,please I wish to know if the asylum applicant can’t do it by writing his/herself, also if you may submit your evidence even as you want to cancel individual upcoming hearing because you haven’t had an attorney yet to represent you

@@ImmigrationUS real reason to file a motion to wave my individual hearing is because I don’t yet have an attorney but got my evidence(indirect) because I filed my asylum to the immigration judge myself

You have to make efforts to collect corroborating evidence, and if you cannot find evidence, you must demonstrate your efforts and explain why.
