Language has an impact on the heart. We have better utterances to express a spontaneous feeling or reaction. vulgar slang: shit; plural noun: shits 1. feces. an act of defecating. 2. a contemptible or worthless person. verb expel feces from the body. soil one's clothes as a result of expelling feces accidentally. be very frightened. exclamation exclamation: shit an exclamation of disgust, anger, or annoyance.

The reason why we love these videos is because we get to see you interact with each other for good amount of time without interruption from kids or any other distraction. I personally learn so much from seeing you talk and interact with each other. I loved it so much when you had the podcast too. You might wanna think about something that you two can do for this channel that will give us the same experience even if it not the question thing.

Talk to them and have open conversations about it. Itll be hard at first and also heartbreaking for both but eventually you'll both understand one another. I used to be super possessive and I thought that's how I'm supposed to feel. My husband used to hate that and he let me know. We talked so much about it that now i truly feel like I'm completely different. I've grown to understand that love and security comes only from within and we cant hold another person accountable for our own feelings, whatever they may be. I've also grown so so so so secure in our relationship that I no longer fear for it (which is the root cause if possessiveness I think; fear of abandonment). Everyone has the ability to grow, whether they want to or not is up to them. Talk to them and see how they grow. Bcz they might just grow more secure and strong, and itll be bcz of you. But if theres not much of a foundation to hold you together, then itll be hard, maybe even impossible.

I feel like the 5 Love Languages are relevant to the part where you discuss that each one of you guys show affection differently. The languages are 1) words of affirmation 2) acts of service 3) physical touch 4) quality time 5) gifts. Usually the language that someone knows how to communicate their love with, is not the language that their partner necessarily wants or understands. It's all about understanding what it is that your partner wants and trying to communicate with them in that language, but also understanding that sometimes when your partner doesn't show you love in the way that you expect it's because their language is different and that's all they know.

"Growing up, My family/parents were like this. When I have my own family I'm going to do things differently." Has that happened for your family? Are some things difficult/impossible to change? Have you been successful at doing any thing intentionally differently than how you were brought up? Would be helpful to hear your experience, for those of us aspiring to start our own family :)

I think what is really dangerous is acutally thinking "I've changed for them, I changed according to their wishes". Like if you change for someone it'll eventually cause resentment if there happens to be a big argument where you don't feel appreciated. Think about whether your partner actually asked you to change. Or what were the reasons you feel you had to change? Was it because of a fear of loosing them? So was it actually a decision you made and now expect your partner to be thankful and grateful about? Was your motivation for changing the hope that it would make them appreciate you more? I think motivations like that can lead to a dangerous cycle of dependency and resentment. What is probably healthier, like Sid and Dina said, is making decision together, talking openly about desires, getting a little uncomfortable with each other and looking if you can navigate throught that together

Emotional support is extremely important. A couple should come home and always ask each other if they are ok? How was thier day. And if one had a stressful moment just sharing with your partner can make it go away. It is the best feeling knowing that your partner cares about you. It may be a little thing, moment in a supermarket, spilling a cup of tea on carpet, having a problem st work. But just having your partner say don't worry just ignore it. I am here can make you feel great.

I never comment on youtube videos but.. Please make a part 2! I really enjoyed how both of you got to talk about how you guys view certain qualities and “not so qualities” of your spouse but in a respectful way. I always love to hear about how certain couples push through hardships because tbh marriage is constant effort if you want to be married happily! I got married at 19 to a bengali (im moroccan) and after almost 5 years now ive finally realized how marriage is not a one- or two -time effort kind of thing but just a succession of little efforts everyday that do make a difference and keep both people happy. Alhamdulillah we’ve been through hard times but we’ve always been good and happy with each other. And i totally agree with what sid and dina mentioned in this video! I hope you guys continue to make marriage content as we can all learn from this☺️ thanks

Not true about people getting competitive with each other. It's not the competition of who gets their first in their career, couples fall apart when their ambitions are not respected or valued by the other. Successful men want a supportive wife and successful women want a supportive husband. They want the other person to compromise without providing the same.

Loved the video! Do a part 2, here's the things I wanna know about: More tips of a successful marriage How did you guys decide who is cooking and who is cleaning for the fam? Talk about how Sid supported Dina during her pregnancies, like how he made life easier for her? You both talked about if both people like staying at home instead of going out, and how holidays are useful for them. Can you expand on this, (even though it might be unlikely that both people are introverts in a marriage) tips for introverts? I also wanna know how married life was like when you guys lived in London, in case I may work there one day in a grad job, was it boring or more busier? And how did you make time for each other during that time in London. This might be a darker topic and I understand if you don't wanna discuss this or it might've not happened, but have any of you had an argument with your in-laws, how did you deal with that and how did the other person (who's partner was arguing with their fam) deal with it. If you luckily haven't had to experience this, what would be your advice for couples where one partner is arguing with their in-laws and the other person is stuck there. I would be grateful if you could discuss any of these in a video! Thanks! Keep up the good work!

Been married for 15 years. My baby will be 11 this year. You too are so real and from meeting you seriously one of the nicest couple on RU-vid. Yes! Bring the questions back! I agree. 👍 Used to listen to the videos while washing the dishes. 😊

The answer to why the food is sloppy; hes giving u a male oriented answer. Logical and straight to the point of why and how it happened plus how to prevent sloppy food in the future. And he does this to be helpful because men want to fix things, they are fixers by nature. Often women ask questions to not find an answer but to share how they felt about the situation, ie, sloppy food.

So women aren’t logical? You have to learn that people are different. Not all men try to get involved in stuff or try to fix things. My mom was always more of a fixer than my dad. That’s got nothing to do with being male or female.

Madam Luis stop being a negative nancy. Nowhere did i say women aren’t logical. Stop reaching. Its evident Dina is a very logical and an intellectual human being, me saying sid is logical doesnt take away from her abilities.

Ema SS you’re dumb, you said a male oriented answer “logical and straight “ which means those characteristics is gendered and women cannot be logical and straight. Stop it wierdo

Everyone’s love language is different you just have to figure it out and work from there You can’t force anyone to change they are their own individual. different upbringing different personalities different ways of seeing things Always involve one another in decision making praise each other Never tell your parents your marital issues unless forms of abuse are happening! cuz families never forgive or forget even if you have moved on

I couldn’t say this in the vlog but before I watch this video, I want you to know that they way you parent your children and how patiently you listen to not only their needs but that of your pets too, is very commendable. I will be using you two as a model for parenthood in near future.☺️
