Ran about 160 or so boar snatcher runs. Not 1 legendary. A decent amount of epics. Definitely not worth all the time I spent farming it. A little over 2 hours
Not worth it try farming Talos. You don't have to kill him just lead him deeper inside the palace and quickly run outside make sure he still inside when you gonna be going back to the chest. Then you can open it without killing him.
I reckon these drop rates are now hopeless. I farmed Hydra at least 15 times. It's all crap and irrelevant purples for my Warden. I am up to Typhon and just don't have the right gear and have come to a frustrating impasse. My Warden is L72. Can't get DPS over 1900. It's hopeless. Not sure what the deal is with the shit drops in this game. PS4 version with all DLC. It takes 8-10hrs just to level up now, there seems to be no allowance for relevant drops to your build. I think they nerfed this game and I bet the developer has no idea and does not care anymore. A very frustrating game these days.
Have a similar problem here on the switch lvl 56 act 3 epic. I've gotten one legendary so far farming 2nd telkine . Chiron's loop eh can't wait for d2 remastered but I'll keep farming
Hey there , pretty new to the game and have started watching your videos , great help so far , just hit epic and did a few boar snatcher runs , got 5 legendaries in around 30 runs which was fantastic . I have just got up to cyclops , decided to do some runs on him and he dropped a legendary mace so that went straight to my harbinger near the end of normal and that just about doubled his dps , so that was great . So couple of questions , is it worth farming the cyclops in epic , it is a very fast run . And do you have a build somewhere , the one you are using with the core dweller and traps I think , thanks alot :)

Boar snatcher may have been nerfed idk I did 50ish runs on it on epic and didnt get a single epic much less legendary out of it only some useless greens and 5 arcane formulas and i reset the game multiple times while talos gave me blues after the second run lol, kinda pathetic for an epic boss
Tempest set starts to drop in act 1 epic (can also drop through legendary). Epic Boar Snatcher is a good place to start farming it. Epic Talos and the act 1 and 2 Telkines would also be places to farm.
i don't know what the hell is wrong with this game, i play as a soothsayes, level 74 already, i am almost near the end of the Ragnarok campaign, on Legendary difficulty, and i haven't find any epic or legendary Staff's. i got here, titanquest.wikia.com/wiki/Staff and i checked if there are any of them, gosh, there are plenty, why the hell haven't i got any? all i find is Epic and Legendary items fit for a fighter, or a warrior, a dude that uses lots of strength, and a bit for an archer, not much here either. (I personally think this is a conspiracy against magic users :D) is this a bug or what? i don't use any mods, cause i think that's cheating, i found some not too great armor, of epic and legendary, never i have found any complete set, who the hell will waste so mush time in this game to get at least a set completion. i have to activate 2 more portals, kill the final boss, mess around a bit on map editor, and sayonara titan quest. will forget it ever existed. will go back to Sacred - Gold, a way more rewarding game.
I agree that sets are tedious to farm and very hard to complete. It seems odd but you tend to find more gear for classes that your not playing. Btw legendary staffs are hard to find. But a green staff from the vendor with good affixes and a relic will usually out damage even a legendary staff. yes you are right about Staff Power, (just after i posted the comment here, i found 2 staffs, one after the other, they were epic and pathetically useless, my green stuff, that i found on epic difficulty, with a bit of improvement, was almost twice stronger than those useless so called epic stuff's combined, so to say) - (i could go with a strong legendary staff, keeping in mind the 1 implementation of per difficulty upgradability of a epic or legendary weapon or armor, but the upgrade is so pathetic itself, damn those developers) i finished the last boss on legendary, yesterday, it was surtr, a pathetic fight that one was, i think the most dangerous enemy, on legendary is the titan, then the manticore, by what i felt playing against them, and i was shocked to see surtr drop only yellow items, about 5 or 6 and some money, useless junk to me, i have already 1.347.762.264 Gold Coins, and what for? :D and that was 2 times the effort for nothing. i am so tired of all this failure and betrayal, damn all my inventories are full of relics and charms but almost no formula. will study a bit what you that site and will play a bit more, just for the lulz.
Yo Dude, where can I farm a good bow for myself? I just killed Megaliosis and I have a Turqoise Bow, followed by me being lvl 17, just arrived at the Library Archives. thanks alot if you or other people find me a good spot to farm :P
When you get to fayum in act 2 there is a quest involving a Dune Raider Chieftain named Iznu. He can drop a Monster Infrequent bow called Eldritchs' Bow. It can also drop from any mounted Dune Raider that wields a bow. This is one of the best bows in the game. It comes down to random luck though, whether it takes 1 hour or 10 hours to find. Also almost any green bow with a relic will out damage a blue bow. Artemis Bowstring and Valor of Achilles are usually the best relics for bows.
I forgot to add the fact that i am play Bone Charmer (Hunting + Spirit) and I found it soo good this became my main character. Tried farming every single boss from the game before act 2 but nothing good dropped, not even a green :p
I've always had better luck finding bows from bow wielding monsters than from chests. The cave with the Gorgon Queens can be a good place to farm bows. You might find some Stone Binders Cuffs or Sentinal's Armbands in there too.
Best loot is Surtr in Act 5, then Hades in Act 4, then Typhon, in general. I suspect Hydra is a power-up boss... that is he’s (or she’s) there to help you gear up for Typhon. Act 5 is a starting point and a climax, so gear up and great loot come with the mix. Without accomplished hero, I think the devs would’ve disked back on the loot drops.

I don't have any immediate plans to make one. Btw the updated TQ:DB show the best places to farm for items. It looks like they greatly increased drops in Ragnarok and decreased drops everywhere else.
@The Game Attendant hi i am farming gorgon qeens for Stonebinder's Cuffs i did like 4 hours with max speed in epic but no Stonebinder's Cuffs do u have any tips ?
Unfortunately it's all luck. My Magician put on 4 or 5 levels farming the queens and Labyrinth on normal. I finally gave up but then I found a pair on epic in a half hour. It took a few hours to get the legendary pair.

On normal difficulty, my resistances are well in the positives, but then when I went into Epic difficulty, my resistances when into the negatives. Why did this happen and is there a way to reverse this?
Athena's Battle Greaves, ( www.tq-db.net/equipment/athenas-battle-greaves ) these can drop in epic/legendary in any act but more rare in epic. I got a pair from Hydra and Cyclops. Armor of the Phantom ( www.tq-db.net/equipment/armor-of-the-phantom ) only drops in act 4 legendary. This one came from Secret Passage.
Thanks for the help, also What is the absolute BEST farming spot in all of titan quest, all dificulties included? With best i mean: The length of the run (is it short), the best loot (is there a big change for legendaries?) and the chance to die (is the boss or area easy to clear?) The chance to die is probably the least important one, because you can use a sacrificial item (a necklace in this case) to get 40% experience increase
The best farm spot partially depends on what class your playing. The top 4 loot chests are Secret Passage (by far) Hades, Typhon, and Hydra. They are good on all difficulties except Hydra. SP is a long difficult run for many classes, casters do better on this run. For me Hydra is the fastest of the 4, under 2 minutes. If you have the right resistances he's not that dangerous. The problem is he can't drop the act 4 exclusive items. I like the new bosses Boar Snatcher and Sandqueen. They can be run in under a minute, but not the best drop rate. Expect a blue/purple about 1 in 4 runs. Here's the boss drop chart. It might help you find your best farm spot. Note: the missing bracers from certain bosses has been fixed in AE. imgur.com/BM55L8U
i see the secret passage is the best drop chance, and its probably long and difficult, but i am about level 65 when i will enter hades (because i farm alot) so is a champion good for the secret passage, or should i try my ice sharder mage?
