Can't agree more on the "power level" part. I just made them up for fun based on what I saw in the anime. Since some battles in Toaru run in rock paper scissors manner, having higher power levels doesn't mean you can beat anyone below you *wink* *wink* Mugino when she fought Hamazura. Aleister and Aiwass above Fiamma is abyssmalit took a nerfed, off guard Fiamma for Aleister to stand a chance. Also technically we see Ollerus in the Anime, so he should definetly be up there.
I still dont see how worst can be above itsuwa since she has good fighting and can be on par with tatemiya saji or higher in that state other then that I think its solid and ars magna from show can just kill someone without aiming it just assume who that is and it kills and he was showed to reverse time pretty much a bit so maybe in like he could be a bit higher but also was shown you can remove the gap and he can teleport I think he can beat up to kakine tier and well he still struggles mentally so it's fine and the other issue is well and well a charecter who I think should of been in this would be either biago busoni agneese sanctis over Misaka worst also another esper who beats worst in the anime is saraku who has ""kill point"" able to telport behind someone that does the calculations and has a gun so he can just teleport and shoot his gun
While I argue Mugino probably has more firepower than Misaka due to the crystals, Misaka still has overall creativity. Also how is Oriana above Misaka? How would scale either Misaka or Mugino? How is Vento above Kanzaki. Due to being insane Saint and definitely at least large mountain level. I don’t see how Vento is above that? Sure she may have reflexes but I don’t see her above Kanzaki.
I won't explain much regarding Mugino and Misaka as they are close in terms of combat power. Since this list is just my opinion, I gave Oriana that rank solely based on the versatility, combination of her elemental spells and even her Counter Spell. Short answer for Vento above Kanzaki: Divine Punishment. It may be useless against Kanzaki due to her being a Saint. Moreover, it can go either way.
Pretty bad list no Fcking way you put Misaka Worst a featless character above Itsuwa, why is Izzard so low why cause he lost like once and only because they figured out his power, why is Kakine above Aqcua? Anyone with a brain knows Saints will beat any level 5 easily apart from Accelerator and Dark Matter Kakine, why is Vento so low as well her wind magic is actually strong and she has a Fcking Ice Ship plus her Divine Punishment is op, yeah fck no Carrisa with Curtana beats Accelerator easily like are you serious early Accelerator can't do sh.t against Curtana, why is Touma so high? Beating opponents doesn't mean a character is stronger and yes ofcourse Aiwaas another featless character but this time he gets top 1 spot even though he hasn't shown anything at all apart from beating Accelerator in the Anime.
