Hi, your videos with Father Mike are amazing and super informative in such a special way. Thank you very much for uploading content like this, I would love to be able to subtitle your videos in Spanish, I don't know if you would let me do it, so that more people can see the content

Well, it means I'm putting my life at risk. Mainly, because I'm Catholic I don't use the medication I need to regulate my periods to lower my risk of cervical cancer. The only medication they have available to effectively regulate periods is contraception. Given that I know a lot of women and have talked to them about their personal safety and medical issues, I know reason after reason for why they must use their autonomy and access different birth-planning/planned parenthood resources and/or deny their autonomy because of their faith and reject the resources. Living down here in AZ, near the border, the sex trafficking, hostage, kidnapping, and DV of women and children is a bit high. So, for example, if a woman doesn't have access to resources and becomes pregnant, her husband can and a lot of times does use the child to keep a woman hostage. Sometimes men force women to have kids to use them in the sex industry. The cartels also take the babies, kill them, and then remove all of their internal organs to use them for carrying drugs across the border (they pose the babies to make them look like they're just asleep in their car seats), ...so...if I woman has access to resources to keep herself from getting pregnant she's actually saving a child. Women that have ectopic pregnancies or that have grossly mutated conceptions kind of have to have abortions. It's not contraception that is bad, it's not the procedure that is bad, it's not the resources or the tools, or the advancements in health care that are bad, it's the immoral and unethical behaviors that lead to the misuse of these tools and resources that are bad. When you make an enemy of the wrong target, you put the ally at risk. The idea is right, but the approach is completely wrong. We should be teaching ppl how to live right, not taking out the resources that keep ppl safe in dire situations. I respect the position because it's from a place of goodness, but I don't agree with the position because it's a detriment to safety, wellbeing, and compassion. ------- The "sister" idea is both disturbing and beautiful. If that's the tool one needs to look at another individual with full respect and not objectify them, okay, I get it. It makes me want to furrow my brow, but, okay. Yeah, I don't like it. Maybe I just need more time to process it... right now, it just distorts and blurrs sexuality lines and roles a little too much for me. It's currently a head scratcher, lol. I only put men in the "brother" zone when I'm not trying to look at them at all, even a little bit sexually ever...like never ever...like I just have no more reason to see them in a sexual manner ever again in my life.

Obviously, I don’t know who you are, but what you have put forth is incredibly frightening, and obviously can lead to someone’s death. I will pray for you that the good Lord keeps you safe and those around you safe from this horrible living condition that you are in. You are incredibly brave to suffer through horrible.periods, and the risks of being harmed by men. And yet you remain faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church, that you do not use contraception, even though you were not using it to prevent pregnancy, but you would be using it to make your life easier because your body is revolting against you. I am not that brave. I wasn’t that brave when the doctor said to my mom we’re gonna put her on the pill. I didn’t even have anything to say about it I was 14 years old. I didn’t even know what sex was then. I mean I had had all the talks, and all the other stuff that happens in seventh and eighth grade and health and high school but quite frankly my mother made that decision I didn’t. I remember my father being very very angry about it and my mother telling him to shut the heck up that this was what was important, and when it was my sister‘s turn, sure enough problems just like mom she passed on to both of us and my sister was on contraception. She was really really sick and before she could marry her husband, she had to have a hysterectomy or quite frankly, she would’ve died, so she and her husband did not have children. They worked, and they retired when they worked as long as they felt they needed to and had established what they needed to know they have two foster children children who have a day in their lives prior to coming to them ever had a day of love in their lives now in college and in three weeks, the younger will graduate from eighth grade. They threw my sister and her husband both now know what it is like to be loved, and truly wanted. I hope you never have to face these things yourself I will pray for you it may not seem like a lot, but a little bit from a few people it builds, and if we could get a ring of protection around youand the people that you are close to to keep you safe. I know there are people out there who would pray with me that that happens. God bless you and the absolute best of luck to you.
