@@TyranisCustoms I can only imagine, it takes me twice as long to document everything as I work on my projects and about another hour or two to edit a 4 minute slide show. I'm not paid and occasionally my best supplier helps me out but it's on me to do my thing. I'm by myself. Yesterday I got home around 1 and prepped and painted a minibike frame for 7 hours because I had a window of 35°, but still had to deal with freezing paint and every obstacle possible. I do this out of love and to try and make a positive contribution that helps or encourages others to try their best.
@@TyranisCustomshi bro, could you please support me in building my own gokart in india, the suspension and ground clearance of 6-9 is must, as we have bumpy roads and speedbreaks. my concern is with the engine and frame of kart, I don't know the measurements of the frames, and the engine i would like to use is 100cc bike engine which has a vertical shaft and gear system or maybe without gear is also fine, i want to ride it on streets, it should be really sporty looking gokart. i hope you reply to my message
Tips on sprocket change and speed difference. 3203 yerf dog Stock 60t vs more torque 70t vs more speed 40t. Interchangeable sprocket to install in live axle and links to buy from gps or BMI karts.
Heck yeah. I've been wanting to do this one since before our top speed run but I've just been holding off until I could do the video justice. Cause I haven't really seen one like it and it could answer a ton of questions/misunderstanding about gearing, top speed, and torque, and what gearing suits various application etc. I think that video could be really useful
Absolutely! Center your steering wheel, loosen both tie rods, and keeping the steering wheel straight, adjust your tierods to bring your tires into the right position!
@@TyranisCustoms Thanks for the reply. It turns out one of my tires was out of alignment, and adjusting the tie rods helped center the steering. Thanks for the video and advice! :)
Not gonna lie, I often eyeball it. We're almost always off road so getting it exact isn't always necessary. It might make things easier to tie your steering wheel in place to keep it from moving on you. I use a cheap laser line to help me dial them in when I'm feeling fancy. I just run the line parallel with the tire I'm working on and its a lot easier to see the small differences left and right that way. Hope that helps! If anyone else has any tricks of their own please chime in!
Bought my first gokart today. Gonna get it in a couple weeks. Plan on beating the wverliving f*ck outta the thing once I get it (after getting aftermarket parts) but this was good to know before I do so!
Great video man. But I have a question I have a cazador 2020 200cc go kart but when I drive my wheels move as if it's not going with my steering wheel. Do you know what that is. Sorry I'm new to go karts this is my first one.
My sons cart is making me pull out my hair. It's a Carter cart. And the steering is bad. Can't really go above 20 or you're all over the road. So I toed in slightly and it's not helping. I'm thinking of going with a rack and pinion set up as this ones just not fun and dangerous
Have a cheap 2 seater kart project that we restored with a 212 predator, runs nice but when going fast when slightly moving the wheel, it feels like going out of control and you need to tight hands on the wheel to avoid move to right or left, it is turning more scary that fun. I don’t know if this is normal in go karting or needs some adjustments. Anyone?
