The cooker you see in the video is manufactured by Savage Brothers www.savagebros.com/ They also manufactured the copper kettles and the stainless steel water-jacketed cooling table. They make top notch equipment that lasts for decades. We've had the cooker since 1990.

@@DanielSchmidt94521 I believe we paid about $1,800 for the cooker back in 1990. $350.00 for a Savage Bros gas cooker sounds like a good deal. I do see a lot of cheap imports on Ebay and other online sites. Keep in mind that they come in two sizes. Ours is a No. 20. The copper kettle is about 19" in diameter at the top. You can get cast iron reducing rings for smaller kettles. I seem to recall the larger copper kettles go for around $1,000.
Note: The copper kettle in this video is our smaller version (notice the reducing rings on the top surface of the cooker. They nest inside of one another. You would pull these out for a larger kettle

We find them helpful to separate the hot popcorn and also to help stretch brittles. These can be found on Amazon.
