The concerns I have for people who put out a good message such as Tom, Officer Tatum, people like that who try to show the hypocrisies and ignorance of certain people don't ever get watched/listened to by the people who need to hear it the most. They're so blinded by the indoctrination, influence, and a lot of the time, fear of the truth. Fear that what they will hear will actually cause them to think for themselves, fear that they will no longer have anyone to blame but themselves. "They're the kind of people who are never moving forward." I fear all they would and probably do do, is click the video, pause it, click dislike, leave a generic hate comment and leave the page without ever listening to the message and think about it. That's my concern. I'm glad ya'll are listening and not going into it with your minds already made up.

I loved this reaction. As a Latino myself, it sucks when you brand every white person as a racist, same as when actual racists brand every black and brown person as sub humans. I'm literally in tears!!!😭😭😭 because we have let the ones that are truly oppressing us and holding us down, drugging us and then throwing us in prison, promoting all negative things for us, music, movies, t.v's, phones, ect...while they are just laughing at us all while they cause the divide then sit back and watch us fight. When I first heard this song a couple years ago - it was weird cuz I had been thinking a lot about what was going on. Like - my thoughts were - we mostly surpassed all the awful racism. Sure there is racism left, but I was seeing white young males belittled for their race, told they were evil, told their opinions are invalid and they are less than. Now - not going into the wrongs of the past that we all know were horrible.... I found myself often asking --- what is going to happen to this youth that are told these things? What is going to happen to all the progress we made (cuz we made a helluva a lot). Where is this going to go? Who is going to lose their minds and start taking it out on society? Will it be black kids filled with hate for white kids and being violent against them? Will it be young white kids that don't know why they are supposed to be evil? Somewhere it will spill over into blood, even suicides. This isn't the trajectory we were on. Then I found this song from Tom. And it was a response to the pressure, for me, of what was going on. It was aggressive, yet positive and unabashed, and I love him for it. We cannot fight hatred with hatred.... We are surely more wise than to think that'll work. Surely we know better than to clump a bunch of ppl together and judge them based on superficial and random characteristics. We do know better. So, why are so many giving into it? The only thing I can equate it to is Star Wars and the dark side. It might sound stupid. But it feels good to give into to the violence sometimes, the hate and unleash fury. But - we are also wise enough to know where that leads. Glad u guys found Tom and sry for the long ass rant. #hog4life

This song hits a nerve with me...This is the victim era, to have victims you need to have oppressors (fact). Being that there weren't really many oppressors more needed to be manufactured. Being a "white male" I may as well have racist tattooed on my fore head, just one example A guy I have known for 20 years who happens to be Mexican, i have rented a room in my house to him, gave me the "you racist" look over an opinion I have on a topic that really has nothing to do with race. If we were all true to ourselves in this country we would all be Red,White,and Blue. We are all Americans. i'm 53 and have always seen us this way. no matter our skin color, religion, or economics we are all Americans. that used to mean something. it don't anymore because a lot of college age kids hate America, a country where I had the grades but couldn't afford college now you get federal loans to go. back in my day it was a bank to get loans from and guess what no, collateral no loan. there is a saying hard times build strong folks easy times builds weak folks. well for 2 generations we been building weak folks. i pray people y'all's age and my kids (teenagers) don't have to defend this country from the Chinese,Iranians,Russians and any other countries that want us gone. Arabs(Muslims) and Christians have been fighting over 1000 years and 1 of these groups want's the other totally gone, the Communists and the democracies of the west have been fighting for more than a century or more also. 1 day it will all come to a head and the choice will be do you want to be free to make your decisions and put in the work to better our life and ourselves or will we become slaves to these other ideologies and people? who knows? the way this country is going and these newer generation our enemies will walk in and take over without a fight. We are 1 of the least racist countries in the world, think about it, how many other countries are there where the population is so diverse and some folks have ancestors from every continent in their genetics, where in most countries its basically all 1 race and if you are mixed=raced you are discriminated against and the society as a whole is ok with that.
