No, for multiple reason i guess but here is one : all electronic would went down because of the 12 battery going dead, there is no alternator in hybrid battery. there is a DC to DC converter from the hybrid battery that charge the 12 volts battery. it goes this way : wheels/combustion motor (energy to charge the hybrid battery) --> hybrid battery --> DC to DC converter --> 12 volts battery --> all electronics in the car. i think it work that way pretty much from my understanding, feel free to check those facts.
