How about an “amazing” video on the health benefits of sprouts and how now going into fall and winter you can easily grow them indoors taking up very little space? 🌱🌱🌱
I love slicing tomato and avocado, mixing it with cooked farro. Then microwave a couple minutes. Hit it with soy sauce, hot sauce and some black pepper. Amazing
Thanks for the email with this video link I forgot I only watch half of the Video when you post it on you tube now I finished it the prostate concerning tomatoes helpfulness was great 👍🏻
Great video! so much information that I learned about the plant and verities. Thank you! Have you heard of Arnold Ehret and Dr. Robert Morse? They suggest that cooked tomatoes are much more acid cause in the body and mucus forming. Also generally with cooked foods of course, but specially certain foods more than others. For example cabbage, carrots and cauliflower are better steamed than raw according to Arnold Ehret. Thank you again
Another AMAZING Amazing Foods vid! I would love to see one on Bell Peppers- I had no idea they were great for immune boosting until I was doing some research earlier this year to ramp myself up for the pandemic. I'm sure there's a ton more I don't know!
Hey Derek! Great video! I love this series. Maybe you can do one about sprouts in the future? 😊 (I know you made a vid about sprouts about 3 years ago - I’m nerding into the world of sprouts at the moment 🤓😂)
Can you go over some watercress please and do more smoothies and more workout and more healthy during workout and before thanks Tempeh and eggplant and edamame and teff and fava beans and adzuki beans and mung beans and amaranth and bulgar and couscous and farrofarro
Good source of Vitamin K!🤭 🤔 But wait.... Great video! Just purchased a lot of local tomatoes and wanted to rewatch this video. Thanks for your information 👍🏼🌱💪🏼
Sir, you should do more videos like this more frequently, I find this kind of video very interesting and informative ! Great Content as always. 🙏🙏THANKS!
Maria Damis cook eggplant for the first time, a fried version, then baked with tomatoes and cheese. Okay but never again, eggplant is mashie not a fan.
Perfect video! My wife and toddler son are obsessed with tomatoes 🙂 I'm glad this series is back! Can you also do some videos about eating on the road/traveling as a vegan? Thank you for all of your fantastic content!
I LOVE tomatoes! In the summer like now, I have the little yellow ones in a bowl on the counter to eat as a snack. I grab one or two or more as I walk by. Did you just say "diddle"??????
This series is always so informative! Thanks for doing all this research. Maybe a video on rice next? I feel like I have rice every day but don't know about all the different varieties. No matter what food you decide to cover next, I'll watch!
I like the fresh style salsa for raw tomato. Some lime, cilantro and other stuff. Has a much runnier texture than the store style cooked salsa, but I like it.
I am SO SO happy you've brought this series back! And I must say, this one is probably my fave as tomatoes are just the best in the summer! I've been eating these like apples lately XD However, I did not have any luck this year growing my own...probably because I had no idea I should diddle them ;P Anyways, thank you so much for another bomb video! Sending lots of love and hoping you are having a great week!
Have you done an amazing foods video on ginger? If not, that would be interesting. (If you have, sorry for wasting your time.) I really enjoy your videos. You always come across as so positive, which cheers me up and is something we all need in these trying times.
I often fry Falafel or red lentil burgers (patties) in a pan, but the ones from flour which I first have to soak in water so it gets clumsy. Could you make a video about how to make them without oil? I rarely manage to make pancakes without oil its kinda hard and only worked out once Haha. Thank you you're the best!
Can't thank you enough for this video bro.I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 paridontel disease and diddnt know that lycopen thing. I've also been wondering what else to do with all my tomatos.
I love tomatoes! But, I do Deseed them. I have a sensitive stomach and found that it doesn’t bother my stomach when I take the seeds out. Also...THE QUESO SAUSE IS AMAZING!!!
Love the videos. Did I read Cronometer correctly and the nutrition info discussed is based on eating 100 calories, so approximately 4.52 tomatoes? Wanting to make sure I’m contextualizing the information correctly. Thanks!
How can I increase absorption of zinc? I keep seeing that meat helps with absorption of zinc but that is definitely not an option. Almost 4 years vegan :) thanks- love your channel!
Wow! Very informative!!! I mix black beans, peas and tomatoes with my brown rice or quinoa every week for meal prep. Then, I top it with avocado, nutritional yeast with some seasoning and BAM, got ya some yummy lunch!
Excellent information, unless you're a Dutch farmer, in which case the words: 'World Economic Forum' that appear in the upper right of the video means you probably won't be allowed to grow any tomatoes due to overblown regulations based on exagerrated pretenses for dystopian world control.
Hi Derek, here in Germany we don't call it heirloom apple but there is an area near Hamburg where they grow "old variety" apples - basically a heirloom apple. Very delicious. No Pink Lady. Enjoy your day.
HOW I GOT CURED: Thanks for the Dermatology video most internal medicine guys are weak in Derm but, this stuff is really important.. Skin cancer is no joke I got cut twice for premalignant cells on my left arm around 4 years ago. Yes the pathology biopsy came back nevus but, the dermatologist look at the histology printout and said it looked like premalignant cells. He recommended surgery and the first surgeon was wonderful but according to the pathologist she didn't get all of the premalignant cells so a second surgery was ordered and this surgeon was a butcher, she was terrible. Just goes to shows that all doctors are not created equal. What I found out later is the hospitals and doctors in Tampa Fl and the whole United State involved where playing political games and I never needed any of the surgery. At the same time a neurologist at the same hospital diagnosed me with Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.), which I didn't have and he wanted to start me on 6 shots of interferon a day immediately. Good thing I went to another hospital for a second opinion where that neurologist said I definitely did not have any signs of M.S. I also found out that these doctors work with corrupt lawyers to make money off insurance companies, pharmaceuticals etc... This is the reason I don't tolerate any corruption in medicine. My mom's doctor got 3 years in prison for fraudulently falsifying medical diagnosis's with a lab and treating people that didn't have those illnesses. I have worn long sleeve shirts and hat's ever since and the premalignant cells have never returned. This video could save some life's, very important. I decided to dedicate the rest of my life to studying natural herbal herbs which lead me with the contact of Dr Abiola who was able to cure me of this Skin Cancer. All human lives have value and should be treated like a reasonable person and everyone who want to be cured should be told the truth. Dr Abiola is a credit to the Herbs community as an outstanding educator and herbalist doctor. Contact him via: (drabiolaherbalsolutionhome@yahoo.com .
You've got some handsome tomatoes there. Who doesn't love tomatoes?... a fruit (it makes sense). So they're hermaphrodite 😮 (weird). I've always known they are very healthy but your video helped me to remember some of the benefits. The feminine and the masculine = more benefits (logical); the world has been upsidedown because only one side has ruled for centuries (the masculine). Now that women are gaining more and more power, the world will finally become what it should have always been: a more harmonious place. I love tomatoes, I eat them almost every day 🍅 PS with that breakfast I wouldn't have to eat anything else for the rest of the day...
Have you done a video about ginger? or garlic? Id love to see those. I love tomatoes but I have the worst luck growing them. This is my 2nd yr trying, I'm not quitting I will try next year! Also I love tomato with avocado! Soooooo good with a little salt and pepper and I am in heaven. some times I do a lettuce wrap with some bibb or butter lettuce instead of toast ( I'm trying to lose about 70lbs) Thanks so much for bringing these informative videos back! oh and one last thing, You have beautiful eyes!
Love tomatoes! Posted a pic and tagged you on Instagram with the faux Caprese tomatoes. Since fall and winter are coming, perhaps a video on pumpkins and other winter squashes.
Hi Derek, thanks for your video they are always inspiring, how would you like to make a video about healthy drinks? a year ago I stopped drinking Sodas and I only drink 100% natural juice, sparkling water or coffee but sometimes I really want to have a cola, it would be interesting to know some recipes!
Thank you very much for this great video!!! ^_^ Can you make one about appel? I have some issue with eating fresh appels. Do you have some tips for me?
In Mexican cooking, I like to use salsa twice. I add it into my crumbles after browning them, and let it cook in, then add it raw to the burritos, tacos, or "Tex Mex Dip." This is just refried beans, spread out on a plate, topped with the cooked crumbles and black olives, and Vegan cheeze, then microwaved till hot, then topped with chopped lettuce, salsa, and Vegan sour cream, served with the lowest sodium tortilla chips one can find, because this dip, as made, is already a salt bomb, without adding any during cooking.
Love tomatoes! I eat them almost everyday but could you cover cucumbers, parsley, cilantro, and maybe onions? Also great to hear you're from BC! Gotta support locals hahahahahaha
