I don't think its meant to be that simple. In the last story the girl who needed the kidney transplant did nothing wrong. Additionally, Tomie herself is less of a person and more of a supernatural entity pushing men's darkest impulses to the surface.

She was 15 ! The teacher was 39 something with a wife . He committed adultery with a child and got her pregnant. She technically did nothing wrong, not in the beginning, she was just this weird girl who had a crush on her teacher like many teens , this teacher is a predator who turned Tomie into what she became : a cursed spirit.

Then he plans to bait & trap the girl by earning her trust, using his Gang, he succeeds & They kidnap the girl, they ALL REALLY RAPES The girl everyday for a week & also tortured her with no food, beating her face, Brutally harming her body ,soooo much that She's can't be recognised ! & Later she died eventually 😢.... This is a real Incident , happened in japan, probably some Village place....
Out of revenge and resentment for being killed by someone in her past life, she seduces people or drives them crazy, and uses those who are tempted or gone crazy to kill herself, and she creates another version of herself through infinite reproduction. It would have driven people crazy. She seems determined to make Earth her world. It seems to be true that when a woman is filled with resentment, there will be frost even in May. 😢
How could they do such things? Everyone deserves a second and third chance. If you're becoming a better person overall, I think that's progress. I hoped Tomi could've been a real girl's girl though...
she is a real girls girl also you saying she deserves a chance- no one deserves a chance to live based on them being petty mean or not- they deserve to live because that is their right. She was just a stuck up pushy girl that doeisnt mean she needs some sort of redemption. The second he was okay with them getting rid of her (killing her) instead of continuing yelling out to get an ambulance immediately showed me he is trash. He knew she had a chance to still be alive and or at worst come back to life in the case she really did die which is why he yelled out to get an ambulance right away but instead he chose to give into the peer pressure of his class and teacher when they advised him to not call the ambulance and instead get rid of her for good since she was stuck up and pushy- pure trash he is.

And at first he was asked to turn himself in for a murder when he wasn't guilty at all, it was an accident.
