If you are missing any of these weights, do not worry, you can do it with what you have at home and if you want to increase the load you can use a backpack full of water bottles, milk brics or similar to increase the intensity (especially in the sequences of legs)
It has no impact and adapts to all kinds of physical conditions, you just have to increase or reduce the load and you will notice the difference.
