Thank you SO much for the affirmation that we are beautiful as we are. I struggle with that given my upbringing (my Grandmother weighed me daily starting at age 8 and had me on diets my entire childhood/teenage years - I was NOT overweight). My adulthood I have yo-yo-ed and this is the first time in my life where I am truly doing things for myself with love. Every time I workout I affirm myself. "I am so lucky I am able to walk briskly on the treadmill." "I am strengthening myself everyday." "I am taking care of myself because I love myself, and I deserve to feel well." etc. Your philosophy blends so well with that. Thank you for the motivation and inspiration!

Very nice. There are a lot of exercises we can do without even using weights. Just squeeze and tense the arms or any muscle. I like this no matter what a person's age

Thank you Mr London! My arms are so jiggly and I'm going to this everyday. Though I have torn shoulders and it freaking hurts but no pain no gain. I want to get back to my body when I was in the navy. Imm 33 I was in 12 years ago.

I just finished this exercise series in the sauna. I am sweating! The sauna was set to about 125. I was able to get through the routine without stopping. I only did one cycle though. I finished with a set of 15 “girl” push-ups.🤣 I am going to add two pound weights to my wrist and try this again. I feel I need a little more burn. I appreciate your videos so much. I have been following you for a bit now. Love your belly workout too. I need to get back on the Fupa challenge!❤
