For those wondering if it is effective - yes it is! I was always slim. However after giving birth my tummy used to bloat a lot and stick out. People that knows me, frequently asks me if I am pregnant again, or why my tummy sticks out so much. I was getting annoyed with such comments. But thanks to your exercises MRLONDON that I am doing, I am slim again. I also like following your videos because they have a countdown and a starting and end beeps, so I don't have to keep my mobile in my hand while doing the exercises. Thanks a lot.
You're very kind when you speak to women. So many male trainers dont take the time to be as gentle. Ive always found it odd that society calls women too sensitive and then proceed to soeak to us roughly.

Ok so I am 6 months postpartum and during the last month and a half I did this about 8 times. I have been doing other exercises too but I do want to report that I lost about 2 inches off my belly. That said, I cannot continue this challenge at this time because I am now 1 month pregnant, so obviously I'm not going to try to lose my belly when it's starting to grow again. But I will likely try these exercises again after my next postpartum recovery is over, God willing.

Had a baby at 42. In my 50s now. My stomach has never been the same. Eating low carb almost keto and exercising 4 times a week including these exercises in a longer routine got me looking good in clothes but I still have the sad face bellybutton/mummy tummy and loose belly skin *sigh. Have your kids earlier when your body can recover better, ladies 😊

Ever since having my son 19 months ago, its been hard losing all the belly fat, I searched and searched and finally tried pilates. I 1,000% recommend pilates to all my mommy friends now who goes thru the same, bc the great results I’ve seen thusfar are amazing and endless I’m now passing the weight requirements again. Thanks London. I put a strain on my Left knee during a visit to Washington State. The parks there are full of hills; I am used walking on flatter surfaces. My knee actually feels better after this workout.

I’ve been doing this for two weeks straight and I’ve felt and seen a difference in my stomach. It’s a slow process to heal this but staying consistent will get you the results you want!

I have a boudoir photo shoot in 3 wks and have been trying like crazy to loose some of my belly. This is the first workout I have seen that says you will loose belly fat and ACTUALLY has exercises that engage your stomach muscles. Especially after reading the comments, I feel confident I can get my belly in better shape so I can hopefully have some confidence going into this photo shoot. I originally had planned on doing a photo shoot on my 50th birthday but did not feel comfortable doing it, then I won this boudoir shoot a yr later so I need to get my sexy back. THANK YOU MR. Im glad i found this my husband talks about my weight all the time and bring up another woman's weight in front of my face saying her body is better than mine. It really sends me into a deep depression. He doesn't care how he hurts me.
I feel you, social media, P**n etc has turned a lot of men into selfish, egotistical jerks. It’s really sad. I was told with DR (I had triplets and have DR) that crunches are certain movements like twisting are a no no. There are many programs out there for DR repair. Have you done this and did you find it helped?

Was it my pants, or my waist? My pants seemed looser today. Day 7, October 29, '23. I can't believe I'm still doing this! I kind of look forward to it. Day 8, October 30, '23. I'm back! Day 9, Halloween, '23. Not scary at all and I'm so glad I'm doing this every day. Thank you for a great, "do-able" set of exercises. Now I'm feeling the exercised muscles throughout my day. @@zakiaalikhan5519 Doing these exercises once a day, in the mornings, usually. I feel "the burn" in my body at different times during the day; so far I don't see a change in my waist size, but I'm saving a pair of small size pants to try on after Day 14. I know how they fit on Day 1 (tight!!!). I've been on keto (no grains, no sugars, no seed oils) since 2017, so no diet changes. I did get diagnosed with hypothyroid in September and have been taking supplements for that.
I learnt the first two exercises earlier with the qi gong technique. I'm glad I came across your channel today. You are lovely and classy. Thank you for sharing your knowledge

Love these workouts! I went to physical therapy to fix my DR. These were the workouts I was given. One tip: if you get “bread loaf” shape when u do the workouts dial it down. So easier then work your way up! Also losing back/side muscle with gentle “cupping” helps too
