For those wondering if it is effective - yes it is! I was always slim. However after giving birth my tummy used to bloat a lot and stick out. People that knows me, frequently asks me if I am pregnant again, or why my tummy sticks out so much. I was getting annoyed with such comments. But thanks to your exercises MRLONDON that I am doing, I am slim again. I also like following your videos because they have a countdown and a starting and end beeps, so I don't have to keep my mobile in my hand while doing the exercises. Thanks a lot.

You're very kind when you speak to women. So many male trainers dont take the time to be as gentle. Ive always found it odd that society calls women too sensitive and then proceed to soeak to us roughly.

Ok so I am 6 months postpartum and during the last month and a half I did this about 8 times. I have been doing other exercises too but I do want to report that I lost about 2 inches off my belly. That said, I cannot continue this challenge at this time because I am now 1 month pregnant, so obviously I'm not going to try to lose my belly when it's starting to grow again. But I will likely try these exercises again after my next postpartum recovery is over, God willing.

Had a baby at 42. In my 50s now. My stomach has never been the same. Eating low carb almost keto and exercising 4 times a week including these exercises in a longer routine got me looking good in clothes but I still have the sad face bellybutton/mummy tummy and loose belly skin *sigh. Have your kids earlier when your body can recover better, ladies 😊

Idk who needs to hear this but ! I’m an Active Army PostPartum Momma! Ever since having my son 19 months ago, its been hard losing all the belly fat, I searched and searched and finally tried pilates. I 1,000% recommend pilates to all my mommy friends now who goes thru the same, bc the great results I’ve seen thusfar are amazing and endless I’m now passing the weight requirements again. GIVE IT A TRY AND GOOO HARD!

Absolutely agree with this comment !!!!!!!🎉 EVERY SINGLE WOMEN ON EARTH NEEDS TO HEAR THAT THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!! It means more than words could express to just hear “YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL” Especially to us women who have been beat down mentally/ physically and/or , used , abused, and mistreated ! People really need to be BUILDING UP one another , instead of BREAKING DOWN ! So much negativity in our world , so much selfishness and greed ! People just keep getting worse ! So its such a breath of fresh air to encounter kind , calm , gentle , respectful people (especially men ) ! Thanks for your comment ! Also thank you MR LONDON for the videos ! You are amazing ! You are so knowledgeable about the body and how to perfect it to give us women CONFIDENCE especially when we are so insecure as women in general , because of how society makes us feel like we gotta be this shape and this size or were called FAT ! Especially by men but women are breaking women too ! Regardless you sir take the time to break down EVERY STEP , as another lady commented you dont have to even stop the video with your videos because you go slow enough for even people that have never worked out can follow along without stopping the routine to rewind because you went to fast to understand what exactly you were doing or the way you gotta hold your breathe or the way you tighten this muscle at this part or deep breathing or even when its time to break you go over everything !!!!!!!!!!! Thanks London. I put a strain on my Left knee during a visit to Washington State. The parks there are full of hills; I am used walking on flatter surfaces. My knee actually feels better after this workout.

I just found this video, I'm 7 months postpartum and ready to get back I shape, I love all the exercises I've done some o them with my first son, they really work,I was able to heal my diastasis recti, I have it again with my second pregnancy this time it's worse.

I’ve been doing this for two weeks straight and I’ve felt and seen a difference in my stomach. It’s a slow process to heal this but staying consistent will get you the results you want!

I have a boudoir photo shoot in 3 wks and have been trying like crazy to loose some of my belly. This is the first workout I have seen that says you will loose belly fat and ACTUALLY has exercises that engage your stomach muscles. Especially after reading the comments, I feel confident I can get my belly in better shape so I can hopefully have some confidence going into this photo shoot. I originally had planned on doing a photo shoot on my 50th birthday but did not feel comfortable doing it, then I won this boudoir shoot a yr later so I need to get my sexy back. THANK YOU MR. LONDON for sharing this, being so encouraging and helping so many woman.

Instead of being happy with finding love and a partner, they are constantly looking for something better. I know how it feels. Don’t let him make you feel any kind of way, bc then he wins. I was told with DR (I had triplets and have DR) that crunches are certain movements like twisting are a no no. There are many programs out there for DR repair. Have you done this and did you find it helped?

Day 1, October 23, '23. Thank you. Day 2, October 24, '23. Thank you. Day 3, October 25, '23. Thank you. I'm feeling this throughout my day now. Day 4, October 26, '23. Thank you. For some reason it felt more difficult today. Day 5, October 27, '23. Thank you. Easier today than yesterday! Day 6, October 28, '23. Thank you. Learning the routine now. Was it my pants, or my waist? My pants seemed looser today. Day 7, October 29, '23. I can't believe I'm still doing this! I kind of look forward to it. Day 8, October 30, '23. I'm back! Day 9, Halloween, '23. Not scary at all and I'm so glad I'm doing this every day. Thank you for a great, "do-able" set of exercises. Now I'm feeling the exercised muscles throughout my day. Day 10, November 1, '23. Woo Hoo! I'm feeling the burn. My back is getting stronger. Thank you! Day 11, November 2, '23. The Beatles' new song comes out on streaming today!! Woo Hoo!! I'm feeling good after today's workout. Thank you. Day 12, November 3, '23, my third kid's 39th birthday! And the Beatles "Now and Then" music video came out this morning... I'm feeling good today too. Off to work. Day 13, November 6. Busy weekend. Glad to be back doing this exercise routine today. It seems a bit easier today. Thank you! Day 14 completed! November 7. I'm going to keep doing this. I really appreciate the supportive and warm attitude, the "kindness" approach. I'll be watching more of your videos as well. Thank you SO much. @@zakiaalikhan5519 Doing these exercises once a day, in the mornings, usually. I feel "the burn" in my body at different times during the day; so far I don't see a change in my waist size, but I'm saving a pair of small size pants to try on after Day 14. I know how they fit on Day 1 (tight!!!). I've been on keto (no grains, no sugars, no seed oils) since 2017, so no diet changes. I did get diagnosed with hypothyroid in September and have been taking supplements for that.

Love these workouts! I went to physical therapy to fix my DR. These were the workouts I was given. One tip: if you get “bread loaf” shape when u do the workouts dial it down. So easier then work your way up! Also losing back/side muscle with gentle “cupping” helps too
