TONED GLUTES & LEGS | 15 Min Dumbbell Workout
I don’t know if ii was having a good day or if this workout was really my favorite workout filmed so far, but here is an AMAZING lower body workout with an emphasis on the booty. I challenge you to use dumbbells today to intensify this workout. It is going to burn but that is a good thing :) You can do it, dig deep to find a way to overcome the burn today

1. Squat to side kicks
2. Donkey Kick back L
3. Donkey Kick back R
4. Single leg dead lift R to lunge
5. Single leg dead lift L to lunge
6. Squat to calve raises
7. Alternating curtsy lunge

Good job girl!!! Really, working out is so mental. You just tell yourself you can do it and you’d be amazed at what you can do. Halfway I am always dying and contemplating whether I should turn the camera off LOL
