TONED GLUTES & LEGS | 15 Min Dumbbell Workout
I don’t know if ii was having a good day or if this workout was really my favorite workout filmed so far, but here is an AMAZING lower body workout with an emphasis on the booty. I challenge you to use dumbbells today to intensify this workout. It is going to burn but that is a good thing :) You can do it, dig deep to find a way to overcome the burn today

2. Donkey Kick back L
3. Donkey Kick back R
4. Single leg dead lift R to lunge
5. Single leg dead lift L to lunge
6. Squat to calve raises
7. Alternating curtsy lunge
