Tony Hawk's Underground Pro : Baltimore Trailer 

Baltimore is corona free, have fun!

It's not a matter of it being difficult, the game just couldn't handle all the cities together, getting this to work required ton of optimization and updates to the game memory management, it's near all the limitations.

If you wanna play Philly, that's on ThpsX as well

No, gaps cause too problems and there isn't really a good way to implement them in custom maps, it's really complicated.

Hey! Hi again! I sent you a message a few weeks ago asking you if you played the map :p I was wondering what you thought about it in the end! I hope you're not disappointed!

@@Larxia RU-vid never shows me messages :( But this level is amazing, great work! I especially love the additional piers with the aquarium and old power plant, you really nailed them. And the areas you made up feel right, even if they don't exist in real life. In fact, the new areas combined with how the original level moved a bunch of landmarks closer together while deleting large chunks of the real city makes the whole experience feel a lot like having a dream, where everything is kind of familiar but you never know where you're going to end up next. I showed it to a few of my friends too, and they thought it was awesome, we all recognized places we've been to in real life. Thank you so much for putting this amazing thing together!

Already did all the levels from Philly.

There is no out of bounds in Baltimore, the point of the map was to have a completely open area for Baltimore, as there are no other levels this big, all levels usually have boundaries on some rooftops or back alleys and stuff like this, while here you can go anywhere in Baltimore. The other cities in the distance are other cities, no baltimore, they are just background landscape / scenery.

I prefer to not talk about any other projects yet and let people focus on Baltimore for now!

I wish that the game creator for Tony Hawk Proving Ground could've expand Baltimore like New District and National Aquarium and other areas in Baltimore that they could've add or maybe if Tony Hawk Proving Ground Game creator could remake that game for PS4 and PS5 system and have that areas that you have done then we would have so much fun and maybe more mission.

No stadiums, but he added piers 3 and 4 which weren't in the original game!

Donc on ne se connait pas mais si ça t'a pas fait tilte que je te parle d'Alan Wake, c'est que tu as la mémoire courte lol 😆 Bref, je viens de voir la rediff et je te voyais pas mal intervenir en début de live, et je trouvais tes interventions sympas et intéressante donc je t'ai contacté, c'est tout ahah. Et j'ai le même goût que toi pour ce jeu et plutôt le même avis, notemment que pas assez de phases de jours, dommage. Et que c'est con que l'autre troll comparé en gros avec Call of Duty et la PS4 alors que c'est un jeu d'il y a dix ans et qu'il a tout de même très bien vieilli. Et ce troll de sans doute 12 ans qui ne sait pas qu'il y a eu des consoles avant la PS4, ne sait sans doute pas que le jeu vidéo, c'est pas que les jeux de kéké où il faut tirer sur tout ce qui bouge mais que l'ambiance, le scénario, ça peut être bien aussi...

Some people manage to get there with boostplants / airshuffle and stuff like this. But not there's no teleport to get there

That's strange, I have no idea. I've heard about some people having problems with Washington, apparently it could be a naming issue, but for Baltimore I don't think I've ever heard something like this. Do you have a low specs PC? Maybe you can trying lowering the shadow quality, I heard this helped some people in some custom levels I think. Other than that I don't really know just like that.

@@Larxia Well, I tried reinstalling and finally got it to work. I'm pretty sure it was because of the "Fun Stuff" Menu Mod I had installed.

@@Prism_Paragon Oh, that's possible maybe. Baltimore pushes the game to some of its very limits, if the fun stuff edit some memory etc it might cause some conflicts maybe. Sorry it caused you troubles, hope you will at least enjoy the level!

It's proving ground environnement with additional area, but in thug pro, a mod based on the underground 2 engine.

I used the old gen version (ps2/wii) to make this yes. But it's not the level itself that made it feel different on ps2 and ps3, the geometry is mostly the same outside of the ps3 version being bigger and open. It's the physics, animations etc that are different.

@@Larxia I had the PS3 versions and in PG I hated almost every new mechanic they introduced, from the photo challenges and the new push to the nail-the-whatever. The controls really peaked in THUG2 imo

@@dasallmaechtigeJ This level here doesn't change the mechanics, it plays like Underground 2 with the various enhancements from Thug Pro

In the option you can select different actions for the camera button (select on a controller), one will change the camera angle while another will enable the free camera

@@Larxia Also, what's with that huge unrendered area that takes up the other half of the map? If it was just a backdrop then it wouldn't be so huge and have some high-detailed models in it. I was looking foward to grinding from one side of the bridge to the other, only to be met by this area. You said there were no boundaries...

@@SlyCooperReloadCoded FFS... Are you for real? There is no boundaries in Baltimore, the other cities in the distance are Philly and DC, other cities from Proving round. Would you have preferred just water around the level? Background detail is not allowed? You're not the first person I see saying this, and I just really don't get it. Even modern open world games have distance details you can't go to, it's just scenery. Baltimore is the most open level there is in the game, no height limits, all rooftops explorable, no invisible walls, but I guess that's not enough because people actually want GTA V apparently. And if you want to go to Philly, I did make that map too a year ago, it's on THPSX.

@@Larxia No need to get so hostile. I'm just saying that every other level I've seen has minimal or no background detail, so it made me think that something wasn't loading in correctly or you accidentally released the wrong version. It's nice to know that it's an intentional detail.

If you say so. I never brought up the donation thing myself in the game, it's only when people in the chat say things like "I would have paid for this map" that I tell them I have a donation link if they really want to. I don't force anyone and I certainly don't insist on it. If you think I'm lame for accepting a few donations while I have worked on a project for a year and a half with over 1000 hours of work on it, fine. It's so weird how people are completely fine with things like streamers getting donations all day long, but when it's about a mod creator, suddenly it's the end of the world. You probably don't realize the amount of work that this required.
