Tony (Michael Weatherly) can't just sit still while the man who killed Ziva, Trent Kort, is still out there, free. He returns to NCIS, where he was told not to be, and Gibbs (Mark Harmon) orders him to go home. After Tony freaks out on Gibbs, he is given an ultimatum that could cost him his job.
