Really good bag of fresh food. Cut the broccoli up and put into iced water for an hour and will last for more days. Same with the green beans, plus you can freeze both if you blanch fir a minute. Great vlog 👍

That flat bread is turkish bread. As it's near it's end date, freeze it. Also, wonderful toasted (slice down the middle - halving it) with lashings of butter! Enjoy!

Red onions are my favorite to cook with and on sandwiches. The apples look like they are 'golden delicious' and I presume they will be sweet and delicious for sure.

You could make some pakoras with the flour onion and okra. Yummy

I grew okra for the first time last year and I'm surprised by the amount they gave you. It really is lovely if you know what to do with it though

I am in New Orleans and we love okra. I don't have to buy it in the store because my aunt Ruby grows tons of it. I like to "smother" it. Wash, cut into nickel size, layer baking pan with foil, spread out okra, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, sprinkle a little olive oil, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar (keeps it from getting slimy), cut up sausage ( I like Andouille),bake for 1 hour, American setting of 375 degrees. Serve with rice or not. Other variations is to use shrimp and crab meat instead of sausage. I like your channel--new subbie. Thanks.
