Oh Amalie. She can't bake!!! But she can follow instructions. How do you make these tahini choco chip cookies? You cream (lol sry) 4 oz of butter, 1/2 cup of tahini, and 1 cup of granulated sugar together for 5 mins, then add 1 tsp vanilla extract, an egg and an egg YOLK and mix for 5 mins. Sift 1 cup and 2 tbsps flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of baking powder (confusing!!) and 1 tsp of salt together, and then mix the whole enchilada--I mean batter--until it looks floofy. Fold in excessive choco chips and refrigerate the whole thing for 12 hours. Bake 12-16 cookies at 325 degrees for 14 mins and you've got yourself a real cookie situation. #MRTVtoomanycooks
