The Harbor Freight Mini Mill (Central Machinery) is cheap and easy to come by, but it has many flaws that need to be addressed prior to using it. In this video I explain and demonstrate how to align the head (tool holder) to the table (bed). This procedure requires a few special tools, but I also show a few cheaper but less accurate ways of getting set up.
