@@mustanggt5713I'm so sorry! My father also has gout and the flares can be so nasty. He says certain live beers will trigger his flairs. We think it's because of fermentation and the type of bacteria produced. So try to avoid those. I have a Mast Cell Disease and Connective Tissue disorder, and an aortic dissection. I don't think anything will cure our illnesses (not yet anyways). However, I caution you trying to find a "cure". It can leave you mad (speaking from personal experience, lol). Over the years i have learned that our bodies are more like a garden. You MUST tend to it daily. Pick out the weeds and nourish the good. Be sure all aspects of its needs are being cared for. Unfortunately if we just stop doing that tending, it will become all over grown and mangled. But I hope in time your condition doesn't seem so scary. 🩷 I was struggling so badly until I started looking into botany and the absolutely amazing medicines we can create for ourselves! Most of our medicines are derrived from plants anyways!! Also remember that natural/herbal remedies often take a few weeks to show true benefit. Many lose patience and assume it doesn't work.
