hi. I really enjoyed your video and wonder why so many questions about stuff you covered?! I guess it's a good thing it's a video, and people can rewind, pause, and play back if need be. Well, I haven't delved into your library of essential oils yet but I had a quick question about mineral oil and I know it's a really light colored oil that I was going to use for some dried flower craft project but would that be okay to use I know you said use plant-based but I was just curious about the mineral oil cuz I have quite a bit of it LOL!!!

I started making roller perfume but it seems the scents leave after applying 30 mins ago. It's a combination of veviter, lavender, like, Clary sage and grapefruit. I love the scent in the bottle and when applying. But then it's gone. Would alcohol based perfumes last longer then carrier oil? I love making my own blends but seem the lose the scents quickly

I am interested in taking Oregano oil for gut health and cold remedy. I mixed today with water per bottle instructions but the taste was super strong. Any recommendations on how to dilute oregano oil for oral use that tastes good?

Hi, can you share which carrier oils are colourless and light... Just like water? I want to make my own blend and I have seen many sell witch oil which looks just like water and is light. Apart from coconut oil, is there any other that is colourless oil?

Yes tea tree is a powerful anti fungal oil! Apply it topically multiple times a day.

Really interesting video! I’m new to essential oils. I’m wondering if I’m doing the math right. If 15 to 30 drops of essential oils can be added to a carrier oil in a 10 ml roller bottle, should I use 150 to 300 drops in a 100 ml (3.4 oz.) dropper bottle? Thank you!

I've read an article where it's an effective acne treatment when you mixed aloe vera gel and tea tree oil. I'm using an aloe vera product where it's in a tub container as a moisturizer so it's not fresh-from-the-plant gel, I'm thinking that can I mixed the pure tea tree essential oil directly on the gel for my moisturizer or do i have to dilute it in a carrier oil before mixing it with the aloe vera gel. Can you give me an advice???

This is not an exhaustive list, just the most common top 10. Most essential oils will take over the smell. I like to stick to carrier oils that are light in smell for this reason!

I’ve been making oils for a bit now and I’m getting good at it, but I’m having trouble on how to make the scent themselves last longer? Every time I roll them on and apply to my skin the fragrance lasts not too long. Is there a trick to make them smell longer? Any help or ideas would be great.. Your so knowledgeable!!

I noticed you didn't say anything about Argon oil? Is there a reason for that? I'm new to EO's and done allot of research about the oils, but now I'm getting ready to apply what I know-but! I know absolutely nothing about any of the carrier oils, except for what I seen here and a few other things. But I just assumed argon oil would be a great one since it's on high end cosmetics. Does it have a smell? I was going to make a hair loss treatment and use argon as carrier just from assuming, I did hear a few people say it was good for that though... My hairdresser said to use keratin oil? I just don't know anything about the thickness, greasyness, how long it takes to dry and smell. Another one you didn't mention is aloe vera? I know it's not an oil, but I've seen allot of people using that as the carrier-they say that is absorbs really quickly into the skin and dries fast (for like achy muscles, or acne spot treatment). So basically was wondering what your reason for not using them is. Thanks so much! :)

Castor oil is a good carrier oil for essential oils. Just add the essential oil of your choice to make a customized massage oil or use as is. It suits all skin types, glides on smoothly and is extremely nourishing.

Yes! Of course. On of my fav aromatherapy companies sells it as a carrier oil option. =). However, I would recommend purchasing it from a company that specializes in aromatherapy.
