Future Gohan's Fierce Combination is great. I love the detail that he only uses his right arm and legs for everything, even the ultimate. Due to censorship and age ratings we got the fully armed F Gohan eventhough he lost his left arm. That the devs didn't just rule that this is F Gohan predisarming but instead incorporated it into his animations is awesome. I hope in the next Tenkaichi he'll be one-armed.
I'm very glad that the age ratings have eased up a bit the last couple years and I couldn't agree more that I hope this continues to be reflected in future games (even if as an alt costume)

Burst Rush got a huge glow up every time it showed up, from BT2 -> BT3 -> RB2. The camerawork on Fierce Combination is godlike + the badass slam + Gohan's Kamehameha being so powerful that he himself struggles with it + the fact that Gohan's Kamehameha has purple effects to indicate the more demonic nature of his training, since he never got to train under Goku proper. My personal favorite
my personal Faviourate is mecha Freeza's the whole attack of a death ball and the opponent holding the ball only for Freeza to throw a mini ki blast and say "you'll make lovely fireworks" imploding the ball which is the ultimate's name as well as the whole attack being anime accurate definitely my faviourate
I wouldn’t put it on a top 10, but I think True Kamehameha is pretty underrated. A lot of people dismiss that attack because it’s not the Dragon Fist, which I can understand. They should’ve given SSJ3 Goku more than one ultimate attack just like Base Goku. Anyway, the way Goku charges up the True Kamehameha is badass, the quote he says is epic, and the cutscene is mostly unique, with only Final Kamehameha repeating it.
during the Broly section, that isn't him doing a headbutt, it kinda looks that way in game but in the movie that was just him fixing his posture after landing which threw off piccolo (for some reason). awesome video though! makes me want to play raging blast 2
Aaayyy i like that you put Vegeta's Dokkan theme in the 8th entry. Love it. Also i'm actually surprised how stardust breaker isn't even an honorable mention but it's a nice list nonetheless.
Also, my favorites are final atonement, trunks, heat dome attack, ssj trunks cutting, Super spirit bomb when goku goes ssj. And the father son Kamehameha
Wait, you find the Ultimate in BT3 for Super 13 weird? I LOVE that one! It’s just as brutal as the one in RB2! In BT3, it just shows how useless it is for the opponent to fight back against 13 as a powerhouse!
I'll give him this: That's not how the move goes. SS Deadly Hammer as it was called was a combo of the mobile wooping he gave to Goku and the move he used to knock Vegeta out of the fight. But much like how I prefer the BT3 liberties taken with Burst Rush (shorter combo to lower the time the move takes, sudden appearance behind the recovering opponent to showcase his speed, quick uncharged blast like he's not even trying), I think the Goku rush into the Vegeta ender flows really well and makes the move better rather than him simply letting the opponent drop and nuking them while they don't even try to get up.
My favorite attack for raging blast 2 is HAIL Frieza 2nd form Frieza's ultimate plus the quote "I'll show you hell!" is amazing before Frieza impales the aponent
That's a based list and each choice deserves its spot! If I should choose my favorite unmentioned Ults, they would be: -Videl's Rush - in a game of powerful beams and spheres of doom, this is a simple punch n' kick barrage that would be seen in a 2D fighter. No teleportations either, that woman just beats you to a pulp and makes you feel embarrassed. -Burter's Space Mach Attack - the way he rapidly pummels enemy in a speed of light is absolutely vicious and spectacular especially with the pose at the end, perhaps the best Ult of Ginyu Force. -Freeza 2's HAIL Freeza - it is perhaps the most impactful Ult out of all his variations. Before the generic beam shot like others, he fuckin STABS the enemy and makes sure it hurts, terrifying. -18's Sadistic 18 - similar to Meteor Burst, the moves have THE impact especially the ending when she kicks them away like a tin can and incinerates with no amusement, that's badass af. -Gogeta's Stardust Breaker - the sparkling effect is kind of pretty, but the first mericless knee strikes to the head... christ. -Cui's Lord Freeza! - Yea it's just a barrage attack, but for funny meme, I keep it, especially for the irony of using it on Freeza himself.
I love how Ultimate Gohan and Future Gohan both have Ultimates that reflect each other. Brutal combos followed by a Kamehameha. I love everything about Fierce Combination and I especially love Ultimate Gohan's back fist. And I 100% agree with your top choice. Turles is *brutal*
No matter what anyone says, I will always enjoy the small genki dama. The impact. The effects of the streams shooting off from the main point. The one arm throw. The pose. The effect as it lifts the person off into god knows where. I get people find the large one more iconic, but I will always prefer the smaller first one.
For me I'd take out raditz and big bang attack and put in ssj trunks with his sword and ssj gogeta. Also I love the look of second form cell. The red big bang attacks look great.
I only would change 3, in place of mysthic gohan i would place yamchas, because the animation and voice line are so good on that one, cell's for second form cell because it just have a amazing last shot before gling back to combat, ssj 2 gohan's for ssj 3 goku only because of the deliver of voice line and for the enemy being blasted away with ease like nothing and best for me is super vegeta's final flash because od the deliver and the animation of the final flash just deleting the enemy and dtage, agree with the rest, solid picks for your list!
My personal favorite is likely Final Kamehameha it’s likely because Vegito is my favorite character from DBZ but from my memory the particle effects were absolutely astounding and it just feels like the ultimate kamehameha with how overwhelming it is. Supernova from Cooler’s final form is a good second however and this game is the reason why he’s my favorite Frieza race character so far.
Ssj3 brolys ultimate shouldn't have that run animation, hr should have his arms stationary like in the movie when clotheslines trunks and gohan, maybe the run wouldn't be as goofy, other than that to me it's top 5
Maybe do a top 10 most overpowered characters. Final form frieza for me would be on that list. One of his super attacks is unblockable and the AI loves to spam it.
Here's a weird "Detail and weird thing" you may not have known. There is a lot of weird "glitches" with Ki blasts in this game, but two notable ones on top of my head has to do with Tien's and LSSJ Broly's ki blasts. LSSJ Broly's ki blasts feels like... stormtrooper aim. It almost never hits at some distances, and has really really awkward accuracy compared to every other ki blast in the game. I'm not sure why. While with Tien's ki blasts, they aren't glitched except for his JUMPING ki blast. His jumping CHARGED ki blast. Yes. That's how specific it is. For some reason, Tien cannot do a charged up ki blast while in the air. I have no idea why.
Interesting there's no regular spirit bomb. Wasn't there a combination ulitmate attack you could do if you had Goku krillin and kid gohan on the same team? I thought that was really awesome as a kid
Honestly for goku i woulda went with angry kamehameha over the spirit bomb and ssj3 vegetas crimson galick gun over his big bang, but your list is still solid. Heat dome attack and 2nd form friezas ult are also pretty badass ngl
This list however I will agree on. Love all these ultimates. I also would've added base form Cooler's ultimate that he used on Piccolo in Coolers Revenge.
